Hello, everyone. Wherever you are in the world today, we have a most interesting Better Way Today session on detoxification for health and well-being. I’m Dr. Tess Laurie, and I’m delighted to be hosting this event with my colleagues, World Council for Health and Science Lead, Christophe Ploté, as well as Linda Ray, our World Council for Health coach. One of the strengths of a decentralized World Council for Health is that we can draw on expertise from our country councils around the world. We are pleased today to invite representatives from eight country councils to share their suggestions for general or COVID injection detox. Here in person on a panel representing World Council for Health Germany, we have Cornelia Gottwald, a naturopath and holistic health coach, Representing World Council for Health British Isles, we have Dr. Sarah Myhill, a renowned British physician with a focus on chronic fatigue syndrome and preventive medicine. Representing World Council for Health St. Lucia, we welcome Dr. Gilberto St. Rose, an integrative health practitioner, dermatologist, and herbalist. Representing World Council for Health Australia, we have Professor Ian Brighthope, a distinguished medical practitioner with 49 years of experience and extensive academic background in agricultural science, as well as nutritional and environmental medicine. Representing World Council for Health Florida, we welcome Dr. Mara Beck-Villa, an internist and pulmonologist and founder and medical director of Villa Health in Florida Villages. Representing World Council for Health Malta is Beverly Rimmer, a quantum wellness strategist, detox expert, biohacker, and mindset mentor. Due to the time zone differences, we are very grateful to receive and be able to share video submissions from World Council for Health Indonesia representative Dr. Widya Murney, who is an integrative doctor and functional medicine practitioner. from World Council for Health Japan, Representative Izumi Kamijo, and World Council for Health Singapore, Representative Dr. Sundaris Annamalai, who is a medical practitioner specializing in various holistic disciplines, including homeopathy, clinical nutrition, and functional naturopathy. And after we have our panel presentations, the panelists each have five minutes to present their their main tips for detox, we will be joined by two external specialists, Fleur Borelli, who’s a psychoneuroimmunologist and nutrition specialist, and Pemberton, as well as our own World Council for Health nutrition specialist and psychoneuroimmunologist, Francesca Havens. And they will be invited to comment and share additional insights on the international detox guidance that we will hear today. So thank you so much for joining us. I’m now going to hand over to my wonderful colleague and co-host for today, Christoph Bothier, our Health and Science Committee Chair. Christoph Bothier Hello, everybody, and thanks, Tess, for the introduction. Yeah, well, to make it a short intro, because there’s so much to say about this topic, Tess already mentioned it. One of the forties of the World Council for Health is to have a decentralized approach for unfortunately now centralized problems. A few years ago, maybe there was a chemical spill somewhere or a local disaster. Now we have effects of 5G, of toxins, of our industrial food production, of GMO injections, whatever, that actually are involving us all. So if I could just give a little introduction. And well, whilst researching on it over the weekend, actually, I found a warning when Googling it that detoxification is very dangerous. So we’re here now tonight in order to show you that, well, with simple means, it doesn’t have to be that way, but not to do it can actually be indeed be dangerous. So living in a toxic world and what we can do about it for us. Next slide, please. And what are general uptakes in us humans? Because we’re not talking about the environment today. Sorry, little plants. Sorry, little animals around us. But we’re talking about us humans. And how do we observe those toxins? We inhale them, we ingest them by food or water, or we actually touch them with what we put, with the kind of products that we put on our skin. Next one, please. And well, we’re dealing with an impressive list of toxins that can involve our health. We have heavy metals, we have pesticides, herbicides, we have industrial chemicals, we have air pollutants, hazardous waste, we have endocrine disruptors, all the plastics in our environment, we have toxic substances in consumer products, nanoparticles, EMF radiation, and GMO and gene therapy. If you could take the next slide, please. And whilst you still see it only mentioned in specific disasters, our health regulatory bodies have done a brilliant job not to present the continuous contamination of our environment with an association with diseases. If we look at the number one killer, cardiovascular, respiratory, one of the major problems in the not industrial countries, look at the reproductive crisis that we’re in, neural and immune health. We have endocrine disruptors with all their effects. We have neurological effects. You probably heard it. The World Health Organization claimed a few weeks ago that one third of humanity is suffering a neurological disease. We have chronic and acute disorders, difficulties in regulation from the regulatory side, because as we will see, there is no study taken into account apart from what the industry gives us and long-term and short-term effects. So next one, please. And if you just take one little example of the hundreds of thousands of toxins around us, EPA and toxic chemical substances in our environment, the EPA has listed over 85,000. Keeping in mind there are hundreds of thousands that are not maybe investigated well in its inventory of substances that fall under the Toxic Substances Act, which means 85,000 around us that are toxic for us. If I tell you now that The safety studies that are independently done by those environmental protection agencies is around 40. 40 versus 85,000. So next one, please. So if we take the next example, just chemicals in farming, because that’s still something we all got used to, but we shouldn’t. If we look at the effect it has on our environments, on the insect, but also on all other mammals and as humans, 1.3 million acute poisonings by pesticide, fungicides and herbicides and insecticides are happening worldwide. 1 to 3 million. 200 people die of it if that’s no pandemic and 80,000 tons of pesticides are alone used in France. And well, if you do something against fungus, it gives skin some symptoms. If you do something against herbs, you often get digestive disorders and you do something against insects, you get headaches and neurological symptoms. In France, we know that continuous exposure to these environmental toxins in the farming are recognized diseases and causes for Parkinson and types of cancers. Next one, please. So here we go to the problem of the approval studies as we’ve just talked about are basically only done by the producers. And there’s almost no study on chronic exposure and almost no studies on environmental aspects. And next one, please. And if we look at exposure limits, we can see that in all the toxins that we talked about, we’re presented exposure limits, but are they real life? Well, first of all, we’re presented with the fact that they should be purely dose dependent. which doesn’t monitor any long-term consequences, which could show us that maybe genes or cancers, genes are modified or cancers are caused. There’s homasis. This is a concept that even small dilutions can have a much, much bigger effect. effect. And there are over 6,000 studies showing this than the purely dose-dependent exposure limit definitions that we’re faced with. And of course, something that is very obvious in toxicology, we have synergistic effects. So nobody’s looking at this, but look at the amount of toxins we have in our environment. They all work together and sometimes amplify the effect they have on our bodies by a multitude of numbers. Let’s get to the next one. So what’s the solution? You’ll hear a lot about it tonight. Surround yourself with a less non-toxic environment, inform yourself and others, ask relevant questions to people, unite, write to regulatory bodies, supermarkets, detox on a regular basis, keep trust and hope alive. And that’s to the introduction for a very, very complex, but very, very important topic. And I think we can start tonight. And I think it’s up to me to start, to give the introduction with the first presentation. Again, I’ll try to make it as brief as possible. Emma, if you could just show the first slide, or Linda. Sorry, Christoph, do you mean the first presenter or the? The first slide. Slide of yourself, your own one. OK, got it. I hope I’m correct. OK, so just as a short introduction for what it means to for us humans to detoxify, if you could go to the next slide, please. And again, these are the type of toxins that we have. We just talked about them. And new on the list is actually the GMO and genetic injections that we are exposed to. Next one, please. And the first step, of course, when talking about detoxification, you should be able to identify and reduce the toxic exposure around you. So just to look at one of the major exposures actually is household products. Look at some biodegradable and for your body, neutral substances, sodium bicarbonate, vinegar, EM, Make beautiful products and you can use them for anything. Cosmetics. If there is a sale rep here at the house in my practice and wants to sell me any cream, I’ll ask him to eat it because it doesn’t really matter whether you digest them, ingest them by eating them or by applying to your skin. So watch out what you put on your skin and on your hair. Then it’s the toxins in the room. They’re actually measure devices for particles. I can only recommend to get one of them. and of course plastics each time we know about one sort of plastic the next one that comes after it is equally toxic or sometimes even more toxic then use traditionally I avoid organic because that’s been mainly abused uh use traditionally produced foods get a good water filter I mean a recent documentary and journey showed um all the uh the drug uh contaminants ranging from contrast mediums in our drinking water. So be aware of this and get into nature, do earthing negative ions and avoid EMF also there. Please get a meter because you never know what you will find in your bedroom tomorrow. And teeth is often completely underestimated. Try to get metal-free teeth. And root canal is another big topic that you should avoid. So detoxification precautions. Of course, there are certain… cases in which you should be a little bit more careful, any liver, kidney function, gut function problem, allergies, autoimmune disease, neurological disease, if you have predisposing genetic factors, if you look at the dosage of toxin and dosage of detox agents. So in case you have a question, please consult a professional. There are many, many therapists all over the world that know a lot about this topic. And next one, please. And to the third step, toxin eutrophication, you check for the heavy metals. You can do a hair mineral analysis. You can do it in stool or urine after mobilization. You can check for chemicals in urine and blood, and you can check for EMF exposure by EMF meter, or just look at your tongue when looking in a mirror. If you can’t hold it still, you’re very, very likely that you are at a high exposure to EMF because then the cranial nerve is being irritated and it keeps on contracting your tongue. And for the air pollution, that’s a particle meter. And next one, please. So one of the topics today is about the GMO and genetic contamination we have on this planet, why the mRNA and other vector injections that we had, because we have no idea how to quantify the amount of spikes produced in the body and how long and we even potentially they’re genetically integrated in our genome and we might face this for a long time quercetin and zinc is one of the key factors that we found against all sorts of viruses because quercetin is an ionophore and takes zinc into the cell and blocks the entry of almost any virus. That’s a very, very important one. Vitamin D, of course, taken in a higher dosage. NSAID, countless studies on N-acetylcysteine, two times 600 milligrams. We also have a product of our own, Milli Immune. That’s the company Milli Vital, which helps to regenerate cells. That’s with AT herbs and fruit and vegetables that we developed. And then there’s bromelain, which is a pineapple. That’s the enzymes in there that proved synergistic with NAC, natokinase in order to get a better blood perfusion. And dandelion and pine needle teas have been proven to be spike degrading. But please, very, very important, take a wholesome, purely plant-based diet. And above all, no sugar in cereals. Sugar actually increases by four different pathways the entry of the virus into your cells. So fasting for three to five days and followed by intermittent fasting also proved very, very efficient. And next one, please. And general detox, I’ll make it very brief. Because you lose a lot of minerals and essential ions, you might take a salt bath with 500 grams of good salt for five days prior to doing it. And then during the detox, try to use traditionally produced foods, Use fermented or micro-fermented foods because fermented foods have proven as well to be very, very detoxifying. Use filtered water. Use only edible household products and cosmetics. Fasting for three to five days. Support glutathione. So that’s the body’s intrinsic detoxification pathway. Eating sulfur-rich foods, eggs, broccoli, garlic help to enhance the function of glutathione. And detoxification principles, try to get a bicarbonate bath each day and try to keep the pH high. Do a detox ionic foot bath. They’re excellent. And just dry brushing in order to get the lymphatic system moving. And next one, please. And, you know, it sounds like medieval times now, but bloodletting actually gets rid of an enormous amount of toxins. It helps to restore new cells. So to do that on a regular basis is an excellent way to detox. You might even donate your blood if you want to. And then there’s liver support and go in your back garden. You find the dandelion, the milk thistle, et cetera. Go and get some kidney support. Cranberry, nettles, dandelion, parsley are excellent ones. Homeopathics are, there are countless products that are excellent in doing that. And don’t forget there are certain enhancers because they help to get all the agents into the cell. That’s pepper, ginger and curcumin, for example, and try to stay away from EMF because earthing it and earthing at night and use a tuning fork to get yourself out of the resonance. Sona infrared, zeolite, charcoal and chlorella algaes are excellent chelators. They take a lot of toxins, especially heavy metals out of your body. Nature earthing and negative ions, walking and stretching and Next one is about the EMF again. Infrared is one thing that gets you out of the resonance, earthing and the tuning fork. Use mental exercising, breathing exercises and especially have a good sleep because your lymphatic system in your nervous system needs a good sleep to get all the toxins out of your brain again. So good inspirations for the better way. Sorry for a very rapid run through for the points, but I wanted to include at least all the different aspects. So with the next speaker, I’d like to introduce Dr. Cornelia Gottwald. She’s from the County Council in Germany. So welcome, Cornelia. And we’re very excited to hear from you. Thank you very much for inviting me to this very, very interesting evening. And I think I’m just a representative of our medical expert team in Germany. And there’s really not much I can add because Christoph, my dear colleague, he has mentioned a lot of the things I mentioned in my protocol. The most important thing for me is that you first have to get the state of somebody who is coming, for example, to you as a therapist. And he says, I have the feeling I do not feel well. I have some symptoms. Can you help me? And do you think that it might be due to intoxication? Then I use very detailed questionnaire. First, how to find out. about the symptoms, then about what this person is doing for profession. For example, when somebody is working as a professional firefighter, he will get in contact with a lot of special toxins and they have to take a look at these. Or you have to check about the normal things like my dear colleague Christoph already mentioned about nutrition. How is this person eating? Are they doing a regular exercise? Or are they watching, for example, a lot of screens, having a lot of intoxication? And these are all the things that have to be done first before you start to do anything about detox. When you have found out what this person is in which state he is or she is you can also use some values from a normal blood analysis for example what the liver values say or the kidneys and there you see how much this organ is already damaged and then you have also some hints where to look for special poisons or for special toxins. Some toxins have very detailed symptoms and very special symptoms. For example, lead is making the people very fatigued. and very tired all the time. And when somebody is eating healthy and he says he has a regular sleep, but he’s all despite of this very, very tired during the day, it might be a hint that it is lead. Or, for example, mercury, when your nerves are disturbed. For example, you are having tremor or you are having tics or something. This might be a hint that mercury is the reason for that. So all what you find in my short protocol is a sort of combination. All my dear colleague Christoph had already said. So the way to detoxing is mostly the same. You have to find out how is the person or how is the patient at the moment, then you have to check for special things in his organism, which might be the reason for all his symptoms. And then you can give him also hints for general improvement. For example, Christoph has already said that good sleeping is very important. So you could give him a tea for sleeping, which has no side effects from plants. Or you can give him almost what nature has to offer at the moment in spring. For example, dandelion is very, very good. Or nettle is very, very good. And for example, what is also very important, I think it’s just the time you give your person or your patient to listen. Because I have, in my experience, a lot of patients come and they say, oh, they say it’s psychic or they are not taken for serious. And when you have the time and you take the time to listen to him very carefully, you will find a way out of his dilemma, yes? So this is, in essence, what I can say. you can get in the booklet which is planned and I say thank you and give on to my next speaker. Well, thank you so much, Cornelia. That was excellent. And thank you for mentioning that all of this will be made available in a compiled publication. So in case some of you were not able to read everything, you will be able soon if this will be recorded and cut and then be supplied. with a compilation of detox and well-being companion guide and meal made available for the upcoming detox fair and therefore afterwards on the website. So thanks and just to tell you that we’re going to continue with the next presenter now but all questions that you might have because we seem to have some questions from the audience as well We will answer, try to answer some of them at the end with all the presenters together. So thank you very much, Cornelia. And now next one to Dr. Sarah Mahill, and she’s in the County Council of the British Isles. So thank you so much for joining us. And it’s all yours, Sarah. Thank you. Thank you, Christoph. In five minutes, we can’t do all of detoxification, although Christoph has made a very good attempt at that. Now, broadly speaking, I define toxins as to their method of excretion. So we can either get rid of them through the liver. And that’s all about improving nutritional status. And then we have heavy metals for which we need chelation therapies. But a huge group of toxins are fat soluble toxins, pesticides, volatile organic compounds that get deposited in fat. And that’s what I’m going to talk about. Now, we can get rid of these toxins from fats by heating regimes. And the idea here is if you heat up the fat, heat up the subcutaneous fat, then that literally boils, evaporates those toxins through the skin. So they dissolve on the lipid layer on the surface of the skin and then they can be washed off. Now, there are many ways we can do this. If you are an athlete and you can exercise and run and get hot that way, and then shower off afterwards, then that will work very nicely. Thank you very much. If you like saunering, traditional saunas, wet saunas, dry saunas, it doesn’t matter. Again, as long as you shower off afterwards, that will work very nicely. Thank you very much. For my very sick patients who don’t tolerate the heat and cannot exercise, then far infrared saunering is a fantastic tool. and the proven value and we’ll look at some figures in a moment another possibility would be sunshine if you live in somewhere where you’ve got lots of sunshine then again that’s a great method of detoxing you can lie in the sunshine get nice and warm and then again shower it off one of my favorite methods especially for my sick patients are epsom salt baths because they do a double whammy first you get nice and warm in the bath which literally mobilizes the toxin from the subcutaneous onto the surface of the skin from whence they’re washed off. In addition to that, Epsom salts is magnesium sulfate. And both these ions are very easily absorbed through the skin and increase the levels of magnesium in the blood, which of course is essential cofactor, and sulfate. And again, sulfate is essential for detoxing. And if you ask the question, well, does this work? Yes, Rosemary Waring, a biochemist at Birmingham demonstrated that when you exosol baths, levels of magnesium and sulfate increase in the bloodstream, and they also increase in the urine. Now, to ask the question, can we do these regimes work? I’m hoping I can share my slide here or share my screen here. I’m hoping that’s… No, it doesn’t look as if it’s going to work for you. Never mind. But I have got figures which I’ve collected over the years looking at measures of toxic stress in the body before and after such regimes. So these tests have been done by Biolab Medical Unit and Acumen Laboratories down in the southwest. So, for example, look at DNA adducts. DNA adducts is a measure of what is stuck onto your DNA. And again, I wish I could show you these figures because they’re so much more impressive. But I’ve got one, two, three, four, five, six, about a dozen patients here. And we’ve got chemicals such as organophosphates, tetragrammophosphate, lindane, nickel, nitrosamines, pentachlorophenol, malondialdehyde. trichlorophenol, all these are nasty toxic chemicals that get stuck onto DNA. And what happens when you do the reheating regimes and then recheck later, and in this case, I’ve rechecked seven months, eight months, 14 months, eight months. It depends when the patient comes back, of course. And the percentage and reduction has never been less than 75% and nearly always 100% reduction. Similar studies doing fat biopsies where I’m taking a biopsy of the fat, And again, measuring the level of toxin within the fat. Again, a range of patients. I’ve got about, I think I’ve got seven here who I’ve done before and after. And we’re measuring polybrominated biphenyls, carbaryl, alpha-naphthol, dieldrin, myorex, chlordane, lindane, DDT, all these nasty, volatile pesticides. And again, when we repeat the testing subsequently, the levels invariably come down to trace, not detected, very low levels. And the percentage of reduction again is usually 90 to 100%. If you want to try and share your screen, that should be possible if you go to the present button at the bottom. Share screen now. So you might be able to show your slides. Will it office? Select a tab to share. I wonder if this will come up in this one. Can’t see which one I’ve got. Is it that one? No, it’s not that one. Let me try again. Hmm. You can see I’m hopeless at this IT stuff. The other option is to upload the PDF version of the slides. Well, it’s just my screen I want to share. Right, yeah. Let me see if this is it. Is that it? Can you see, does that say quality improvement activity, audit of heating regimes? Is it this one? There we go. Okay. So now you can see what I’m actually talking about. So this first set were people for whom we were measuring levels of superoxide dismutase. The normal level is about 40%. And when the result was low due to blocking the Sardase gene, we did a before and after. And again, in this case, we didn’t know what the toxin was. We just knew something was blocking. And again, as you can see, this was the result before the heating regimes and this is the result after. So again, in all those cases, it was 100% successful. So this is DNA adducts. And again, you can see the results. These are the patients, their age and their initials. This is what we’re measuring before. after, and that was the time after. And you can see the percentage reduction. I say that’s for DNA adducts. Fat biopsies for pesticides. Those are the chemicals, the pesticides present in the fat biopsies. And this is the level afterwards, but after you’ve done this repeat biopsy. And again, you can see the percentage reduction there was, you know, most of them were 90 to 100%. And this is for volatile organic compounds like benzene or lindene as a pesticide. chlorinated phenols, etc. And again, before is that’s the result and after. And again, you can see that it’s a significant result. So what this tells us is that the heating regimes are effective and they are they work so reliably well that you don’t have to spend a lot of money on tests because guess what? I know they’re going to work. And that’s important for my patients because I specialize in people with fatigue syndromes. People who are fatigued are unable to work because they’re too sick to and therefore they can’t earn money. So my treatments have to be very inexpensive and very easy for patients to do. So what these tests show me, and these were done in 2006, is that I don’t have to spend a lot of my patients money on expensive tests when I know what’s the outcome to be. is going to be. And roughly speaking, 50 such heating regimes, as I say, it can be far infrared, Epsom salt bars, if you’re fit enough, running. It’s important to shower off afterwards because if you don’t shower after you’ve done the heating regimes, the toxins on the lipid layer on the skin simply get reabsorbed back onto the subcutaneous fat. So the washing off is as important as the heating. And you don’t have to sweat for this to be effective because these toxins are not coming out in sweat. I say they’re literally boiling off onto the lipid layer on the surface of the skin. So say sunshine is perfect. The washing off is as important as anything else. And say roughly 50 such heating regimes will halve the total body load. And they come out exponentially. So after another 50, it comes down to 25 percent. After another 50, it goes down to 12 and a half percent, et cetera, et cetera. My guess is you probably know it’s impossible to get rid of all toxins because we live in a toxic world and we live in equilibrium with that. But my view is we should all be doing one heating regime per week, whether that’s Epsom salt baths, saunering and showering off afters in order to keep our toxic load as low as we possibly can. So as I say to my patients, just do it. Thank you very much. Well, thank you so much, Sarah. Amazing to see your before and after tests. And yeah, how wonderful to hear that’s an inexpensive but effective method to detoxify from if you look at the list of some of the major toxins that we’re exposed to. So thanks so much for that. I guess we’ll have more questions to you soon. Next one tonight. is Dr. Gilberta St. Rose from the County Council of St. Lucia. So welcome and thank you so much for joining us tonight and it’s all yours. Gilberta, you’re muted if you just unmute yourself. So now on the screen. Right. Thanks very much. Thanks, you know, Dr. Tess and Christoph for the introduction. So I have five minutes to run through some slides. And then if you don’t digest everything, it will be available for you after. So Going to the next slide. So there is no conflict here. I have been in practice 40 years and I’ve realized what my patients need. And I have developed Eden Herbal Pharmacy to produce what I need for them. I studied herbal medicine in England and came back to St. Lucia and I needed, you know, the products to treat my patients. And I have been working with Trammell, our Traditional Medicines of the Islands research project, and got the equivalents of our Caribbean herbs to match what I studied in the UK. And now I’m looking more at our Caribbean herbs. So today I’ll just be talking briefly about the prevention, the fundamentals of health, importance of detoxing, and Christophe has done a lot of what I have in my contents. Thanks very much. And we’ve gone through the lifestyle and remember the power of the thoughts and remember the power of fear that comes through the system and causes us to, you know, think things that are not. And of course, we still look at the social hygiene and avoidance of cross-contamination. And we’ve spoken of the fundamentals of healthcare. I won’t go through it again. Christophe has gone into the nutrition and we’ll be hearing it, but there’s something to always bear in mind, the importance of the fundamentals. And what do we detox from? Christophe covered it very nicely. Thank you very much. And then we Know that we must detox and it should be a personal responsibility. And it’s really to cultivate a healthy environment because it depends on how your body is. It’s very difficult for disease to enter when you keep it the way it should be. And how we detox? Well, Christophe gave an overview of preparation. A lot of my patients ask, you know, what should I do diet-wise, etc. But I know they want to hear, but they might not do it. So with my regime, I allow them to, you know, just be generally sensible, but not necessarily sensitive. give them all the strict things that should go with detoxing like Christophe has mentioned. But if you want to do it good, you follow these guidelines. Then we must always remember the importance of relationships and the inner conflict, the emotions and the spiritual aspect. The spiritual aspect is very important. We tend to concentrate on the environment, but the spiritual aspect of keeping well detoxed is very important. And how to detox? has some guidelines. You have seen it before, just practicing the fundamentals of health. And we always believe in having fun and laughing and don’t make it a hard show. It should be fun because it’s something you want to keep doing all the time. So I’ll just speak a little about Eden Herbs, which I started when I came from studying my herbal medicine in London and started exporting from 2001. And you can go on my website. On my website, you’ll get the details of the herbs that I speak of and the various formulations. You’ll get the ingredients in each of the herbs. And you can also see us on Facebook as well. So this is Eden herbs and remember our herbs are safe and effective. I can say safe and effective for Eden herbs. Over the counter, you can just buy them off and they can be used with other medications. And the types of herbals we’ll be talking about today are the detoxing ones, anti-inflammatory, the mucus clearing, and parasites cleansing. All these you’ll see detailed on the website. And we have the very important colon cleanse. A purifying tonic is 10 herbs to target the various organs in the body for a general detox. And spirulina I love because after you cleanse a colon, you have to keep it in a good state. We make a sanitizing oil for the surfaces of anywhere you come in contact with and also for inhalation, especially for these respiratory symptoms that one can have. Fuji capsules I love because they really drive the mucus and the parasite cleanse. So many people have parasites and the parasites are having fun. After a while, you know, they just overtake and cause a lot of disease. So a parasite cleanse, very, very important. And with the advent of COVID, I’ve come up with the COVID detox, really to counteract, you know, all these adverse ingredients in this biological weapon that has been inflicted upon us. So other products we have that can be detoxing, we do the seraceti, which is marmadica, charantia, neem, everybody knows, the turmeric, an animal I’ll talk more of, moringa, noni juice, veven. I will talk of these just in a little more detail. So the spirulina, well, a lot of you know the seaweed, and it has such great properties in terms of keeping the bowel, which is our third brain. You keep that microbiome how it should be, and this is where you get the most important source for your good health. So spirulina, I advise my patients and myself to take regularly to maintain a healthy colon. You also see it can get rid of candida, which really can overtake the system. Then heavy metal toxicity can be dealt with, with our spirulina. And of course, it does have a very good effect on the brain as well in terms of brain functioning. So this is spirulina. I make it up in capsules and you know, the immune strength and properties is very important. Energy wise, the patients love it. because they feel more energized from taking it. And it has antioxidant properties. You know the importance of anti-oxidation activity and also to reduce inflammation. So all this you get from our spirulina, take it before meals twice a day, and it’s very good for long-term use. So these are some of the, we spoke of the memory boosting properties because now, you know, persons are very affected by the memory based on damage from even stress or toxins. So Spirulina plays a very great role for the memory and brain functioning as well. So Animal. I want to speak of animal because that’s my favorite herb. When the COVID infection came in March 2020, somehow my spirit just came onto this herb. We call it duva duva, gully root, honey goat weed, they call it in Jamaica. And it’s great for the immune system. It’s great for inflammation, getting rid of mucus. And it helps to thin the blood to prevent clots. And when I read about the pathophysiology of COVID infection, I just knew that this was the herb that should be paramount for us to use. And I was so very disappointed when my Ministry of Health here was not entertaining it. And even when Cuban doctors came, and I knew they were using it in Cuba as immunosan, they called it, because it helped the immune system. They were using it to lower blood sugar. They didn’t come to help us, to utilize. our animal. But it has remained a very good herb. And my patients, they just love the animal for the anti-inflammatory effect. And as you see, modulating the immune system and keeping the blood thin is very important, not only for those who have had the COVID injection, but of course, you’re familiar with the shedding aspects that we’re all exposed to. So animu is a very good friend. And as you see, it’s also good for mucus in the system. So it helps with respiratory symptoms. And it’s one of the herbs I have in my respiratory mixture. So that’s animu. It’s a varia aliciae. We call it here duvin duvin. That’s what it looks like. When you go out in the grass or in the garden, the little spikes stick onto you. And that is fine. There you can look at the chemicals and you can see it has coumadine as well, which is what’s causing that anticoagulating activity that is so necessary for the prevention of clots. So we have it in tea form and we have it in capsule form, all for your ease of use. So this is animal. Now we have the veven. The veven at the time that COVID came in, you know, there was a lot of fear, a lot of fear. And this veven, which incidentally is sort of related to verbena, which I studied in the UK. And it really helps on the neurological system. It helps with sleep. It helps on the whole system for getting sleep. the body reclimatize in terms of detoxing the blood. There’s a concept that we have in traditional medicine where it says bad blood. And that bad blood there is as a result of fear and rage in the system. So this Vevin has been shown because of its chemical properties to really influence that. So you can get it in tea form and you can also get it in capsule form. So this is your vevin, a very good herb which persons have been using. So you can see some of the properties in it, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and the research is ongoing. Lithiolin for sleep, because a lot of people are unable to sleep because of the fear and the stress. And vevin is one of the herbs that will help to restore sleep. And you know how this is so very important for trophococcus, neural restoration. So there is our verben for our good health here. So I made a COVID detox, and in the COVID detox, I looked at the various ingredients in the vaccine that we finally were able to find out. And you can look through our ingredient list, and you will see that we look to cover the spike protein. We look to cover parasites. We look to cover also the fact that the nicotine receptors are being attacked. And in that COVID detox, there’s artemisia, the artemisia annua, which is similar to ivermectin. It’s what we call the herbal ivermectin. We have the Rosemary for helping with the brain. We have moringa, antioxidants for nutrition. We have some clove because, you know, somehow the parasites seem to attack the body after this COVID has happened. attacked it. So parasites seem to thrive following this. So I just opened up a bit more so you can see the ingredients. So in addition to that, we use other supplements. So these supplements, I didn’t list them here, but you know the usual vitamin C, quercetin. And here I’ll even put our ivermectin as a supplement. And you know now ivermectin is The research has shown that it is doing so very much good in terms of its effect on the spike protein. And I’m also pleased to announce too that this ivermectin helps to restore the nicotine receptors, because I don’t know if anybody else will talk about these nicotine receptors that have been attacked by COVID. And I remember seeing two patients in particular, the way they said as though their bowels were paralyzed and they developed constipation and as though they felt like a tie up in the stomach. And it’s after my further reading, I realized, you know, they need more of that effect to contract the attack on these nicotine receptors by either the COVID infection or post-COVID injection and part of the treatment for the long COVID. So I’m happy we have the ivermectin, but of course we have, you know, the… Artemisia, which is our herbal ivermectin. So we spoke of the baths and showers, the grounding, electromagnetic radiation, we went through all of that. But I was so very happy to let you have a share of us here in St. Lucia, in particular, our animal and our verve and our moringa, very good herbs that the Lord has blessed us with. And now that doctor has told us about the heating, we need to really have persons be more out in the sun to do that detox, burning off these in the fat cells. Thanks so much. Thank you very much. Well, thank you so much, Roberta. And thanks for reminding us that we as humans do consist of many levels and to include love and laughter as two tools in your toolbox. So thank you so much. And maybe you could share with us later how your safe and effective herbs like anumaveben are available in other parts of the world so I’m certainly very interested so next one uh is uh dr marvik villa she’s from the county council florida and uh yeah there she is uh thank you so much for joining us and it’s all yours Okay, thank you so much, Christophe. I’m going to make this short and sweet, okay? A lot of people already presented, you know, what are the things that we have to detoxify from. Christophe, Dr. Christophe, I like the presentation because you pointed out all the toxins that we are exposed to really on a daily basis. What I have in my mind, whether it’s the practicing physician or the public, the consumer, the first thing that we have to do is actually optimize or maximize what we have already. The body has an intrinsic mechanism by which we can detoxify. You know, there are different organs, you’ve pointed out already, there are different organs that are responsible for detoxification, like to name these important organs, the liver, the colon, the kidneys, the skin, and the lungs. But to, for me, we have to prioritize what are the biggest and the most important detoxifying center in our body. I don’t know if I can control the slides, but we can. Everybody already pointed out what toxins we have to detoxify and how, but before I go into the specific detoxification protocol, I just would like to pinpoint this. This is a loaded slide, but this is actually the reason why we have to detoxify. Everybody knows that toxins, what does it do? It creates a lot of inflammation in our body, whether it’s acute or chronic inflammation. It’s the chronic inflammation that we worry about. The chronic inflammation will lead to the development of diseases. And the most important thing is accelerated or premature aging. When you age, you develop disease. So these things that I enumerated here are actually the body processes that keep us alive. So without this thing going on, you will not survive or you will not exist as an organism. whether you’re the human being or the animals or even any living things, you know, the plants. So just to enumerate this, when you have chronic inflammation, it affects this process, genome instability. So that means that your genome, your DNA becomes very susceptible to breakage, to injury. And so that means that it’s actually going to be subjected to a bad mutation. When you mutate, that will lead to cancer and to autoimmune. Those are the diseases that we fear about. Telomere attrition. This is actually like the clock. This is the process we’re in. It tells our cells how many times it can divide. And so the shorter it is, the less division our cells will be doing. The next one is the epigenetic alteration. The epigenetic alteration is very important because even if you have good genes and if you subject it to the wrong environment, the expression of that gene will be bad. Macroautophagy, this is a very important process because this is a chance or opportunity for your body, for the cell, to renew this is the process we’re in the old or even uh the cell you you call it the garbage that your cells are producing uh will be eliminated by the process of macro or autophagy uh the the next one is the dysregulated nutrient sensing so this will cause a lot of metabolic disorders specifically the diabetes is the most common one afflicting a lot of people in the world mitochondrial dysfunction this is the one mitochondrial system is the one that is responsible for producing the energy you need energy to do anything anything any anything that you do anything that the cell uh dust in your body will require the energy that the mitochondria will produce so uh with chronic inflammation this becomes low or um this regulated uh the next one is the cellular senescence so basically you don’t have uh the the the cell gets old very uh very fast and and therefore it cannot do the function that it’s supposed to do stem cell exhaustion so you don’t have enough or this is basically the efficiency of the stem cell you need stem cell to create new ones or to process uh new things in the uh in your body The next one is the altered intercellular communication. This is very important because that’s how the processes in our body happen, the cells, any cell in our body will communicate so that another process can happen. This biosis, this is our microbiome. When we have a lot of toxins in our body, then the imbalance of the bacteria and bad bacteria uh happens um because the good ones are dying so most of the uh component of the microbiome in our gut it’s actually uh mostly good bacteria but because of the toxin then the ratio or the population of the bad one over um that the overgrowth of the bacteria takes over the loss of uh proteostasis this is basically the production of different proteins in our body so the production of like enzyme uh production of very specific structure of our organ system it becomes affected when you have a lot of toxin and it’s causing causing chronic inflammation. So I just want to emphasize this because this are the very reason why we have to detoxify on a regular basis. Next slide. Let’s see. And so. Hmm. I actually have this as a very general detox recommendation. This is for the general public. Obviously, everybody said that we have to focus on nutrition. Just the simple thing that we have to eliminate the processed food, that’s already one very good reason that you can avoid a lot of toxins coming in. Breathing consciously, this is very, very important. The movement and light exercise, that’s how you’re going to keep your body moving, including the circulation. We have to drink clean water, especially the alkaline one. The more acidic the body is, the higher the chances of disease happening. So alkalinizing, whether it’s through the water or taking some bicarb, which was mentioned earlier, is very important. We have to prioritize sleep. is by itself a detoxification you know process so it’s only through sleep that we are able to remove the toxin from our central nervous system and sweating and sauna and massages this was uh brilliantly discussed by Dr. Myhill. So heating, so you, this is also the skin trying to, your skin will eliminate the toxins that you’ve accumulated, reduce the stress. We know very well that the stress can actually lower your immune system. And so it’s very important that you do everything to reduce the stress. You practice mindfulness through meditation and even So there are, and then obviously this was discussed by Dr. Christoph, you know, minimize the exposure to toxins. And number eight, and lastly, is the practice of positivity. And what I would recommend is actually practice self-love first. know love and kindness makes a lot of difference that increases your immune system um so the specific detox protocol that I uh I’m usually doing like for my patient So the major organs were in, you know, you do your detoxification. These are the major organs, kidney detox for the kidneys, the colon, the liver, lungs and skin. But the kidney and colon and liver are the major detox centers. You know, they have that very high capacity to eliminate toxins in our body. so I will not discuss specifically what are uh you know what uh the steps or how you will do this because it’s going to be published anyways, but the bowel clean cleanse is very important because this focuses again on the microbiome, which is microbiome is very important for your immune system. And so again, this is for the purpose of balancing your good and bad bacteria. in the body we need to make sure that the gut microbiome is very healthy and it’s not or it’s unavoidable that we’re gonna have bad bacteria that is that we ingest in even when people are not practicing good hygiene the hand is the one that’s bringing all this infectious bacteria. The bowel cleanse, the recommendation is actually to do this like at least twice a year. But in reality, you can do this more than twice a year, as long as you have a couple of months in between. And the different ingredients that you take are here listed. That’s including turmeric, a phenyl digestive enzyme uh black walnut and as well as the cascara sagrada that one makes you eliminate uh the uh the the content of the colon and uh the uh Yeah, this can be done like even every three to four months. The kidney cleanse, we know very well that the kidney is already very efficient in eliminating the toxins through the urine. But again, the kidney cleanse, you can do that like twice a year, but can be done more often as long as there is two to three months interval. And then the liver cleanse, this is actually very important because this can also be used to lose weight. And again, this is like an entire process that, again, can be done twice a year. I do this in a lot of my patients who are actually vaccine injured. And then the vaccine detox or the spike protein detox, everybody presented a good protocol. And I think the only difference that I can see is I mentioned here the augmented NAC, which is not available everywhere. But I use the augmented NAC. But if it’s not available in your country, then obviously you can use the regular NAC. Some people are also using glutathione, but I think the NAC is better absorbed in the cell. And so that’s more advisable to use. And I think we can just discuss the rest later. So that is my protocol for detox. Well, thank you so much, Maravik. And thank you for the brilliant overview of the effects of toxin load and stressing importance of inflammation and accelerated aging. So I guess there will be loads of questions for you later, but thank you so much. And our next speaker is Beverly Rimmer. She’s from the Country Council Malta. So, Beverly, it’s all yours. Thank you very much for being here. Thank you for asking me. Okay. I won’t take much time. Right. So detoxification, I think, you know, I’ve been doing it for 30 years. I started with autism after vaccine damage, you know, and from that, it just went on and on and on. I discovered very, very quickly that whatever changes I was making, needed to be healthy ones and consistent. When it comes to people that are more susceptible to toxic overload than other people, we’ve got to be really, really careful. I mean, we are what we are. And so I very much focused on food and sustainable habits. And as time moves on and the world gets more toxic, there are other strategies we needed to bring in and other people started approaching me to help them detoxify. I think I work with biofeedback and bioresonance as well, but majority of the toxins I take out of the gut, the liver. I look at mindset detox, very, very, very important. If people cannot control what they’re thinking, then everything else around them is impossible. So to do anything is impossible. And so really I go in with a mind detox first, teach people how to meditate, how to calm their mind, reduce their fear, reduce their stress, therefore reduce acid, reduce inflammation, and start listening to frequencies Once we’ve got that done, I then go into the environment that they’re in because there’s no point detoxifying when you’re living in a toxic environment. You know, simple things like turning your Wi-Fi off at night. You’re not using it, you know, and you don’t want to be irradiated while you’re lying in bed. So a lot of those strategies I bring in first before we begin. Then once we’ve got that done, I go to the gut. Most guts are toxic, you know, and most microbiomes are not healthy at all. And so we look at some really nice live bacteria and get the microbiome, you know, up and running and strong. Gut brain bowel access is really my specialism, leaky gut, gut dysbiosis, and how the gut affects, you know, how people think and feel, you know, and their mental health. And so really aligning that gut brain bowel you know, is something that we do with food changes, nutrigenomics, the science of food, you know, food combining. And that’s really where I found a great deal of detoxification strategies, natural, you know, it’s food, let food be thy medicine, you know, just get all the rubbish out. That’s, I think one of the most important things, because we all eat every day, diets don’t last. And so this is lifestyle medicine we’re talking about here. You know, this is prevention of illness. That’s how we do it. But we’ve got to detoxify and get to that point first. And so detoxification works. of two major factors. Once we’ve dealt with the gut and we’ve dealt with the liver, you’ve got harmful organisms. I’ve never tested anyone that didn’t have parasites, you know, and they cause havoc inside the body. And so removing parasites is so important. And there’s lots and lots of natural ways of doing that. I use smoothies, papaya smoothies, And to do it. Also, we’ve got pathogens and we’ve got fungi. Candida is a huge problem. You know, and again, it’s fed from sugar. So changing the body’s fuel. So I change fuel by fasting. So most of my clients go on intermittent fasting. We go on a 21 day fast, 21 day detox every four months. And then once they come out of that detox, they’ll live five days out of every seven on a 1410 fast. It’s quite an easy thing to do. And instead of running on glucose, they run on ketone bodies, which is great, particularly with people with cancer. You don’t want to be feeding it with sugar. And so when you move into ketogenesis through intermittent fasting and nutrigenomic diets, that really helps to detoxify the body. GMO vaccines, unbelievable. Just when you thought you had detox sorted, they come in with that. And it’s taken me quite a few years to find something that really worked and help people to clear that from their body. I’ve been using something called SuperCharge C60. Absolutely fantastic, the most powerful antioxidant on the planet. And you take one every day, 30 days. Again, it’s not a standalone. you know so all of these other practices lifestyle medicine what you eat what you do how you fast cells recycled cells regenerated cells hydrated you know so that’s what I think people need to be looking at lifestyle change because it’s got to be sustainable all right and it is sustainable when you approach it with a different mindset and so my protocol is in there and it shows people, you know, how you can take these steps. Good old-fashioned castor oil on the liver and coffee enemas pull out the toxins in the most natural way. But that’s what I’ve been doing for 30 years and it really, really works. Go with the natural flow of the body. And that’s it. There you go. Yeah. Well, thank you so much, Beverly. And thank you for stressing that lifestyle changes for lifestyle medicine are the key elements of where we’re going on now. So thank you very much. And more from you later. And our next speaker is Professor Brighthope of the Country Council Australia. Hello and welcome. Thank you very much, Christoph, and thank you to Dr. Tess and yourself and Linda for the opportunity to speak. One question. You posted us a video. Do you want us to play the video, or are you happy now to present it yourself? I don’t know what the video is about. Somebody must have posted it for me. okay well then we prefer to see you okay all right it’s all yours thank you very much well I don’t have any slides I’m just going to speak about the importance of vitamin c as you all know vitamin c is a an antioxidant it’s a very powerful antioxidant and what does what do antioxidants do well they mop up free radicals and free radicals are chemicals in our system that have unpaired electrons on the outside. And free radicals do a lot of damage to our cells and tissues, from everything to the cell membrane, right through to the damage of the cell nucleus and our genes. So free radicals need to be mopped up. Free radicals are also very important in killing bacteria and viruses and other parasites and cancer cells as well. But the most important thing from my perspective in clinical medicine, starting way back in the 1970s, was when patients came into hospital with toxic problems, they may be cancer patients with overloads of chemotherapy, or they may be psychiatric patients with an overload of medications affecting their central nervous system. All of these patients basically were suffering from a free radical disease, if you like. They had too many free radicals in their system. And it’s really, really good listening to all of the speakers prior to myself, listening to what they were saying, because when you boil it down, most of what they’re doing is attacking the abnormal chemical reactions in our bodies and making things normal, whether it be with vitamins, minerals or herbal medicines. It’s all basically very, very much the same. So what I would like to talk about very quickly is how to take your vitamin C. and why it’s important to take it on a regular basis. Vitamin C is not emphasized enough. Even in clinical work today, it should be emphasized more because it is one of the safest and most effective ways of getting people healthy again. When I admitted patients to hospital, no matter what they were suffering from, if they were open to it, they would have an enema or two enemas of magnesium. As we’ve heard before, magnesium is a very important mineral. that would be basically cleaning out their gut. If they were willing, and it didn’t matter what illness they were suffering from, I’d put them on a four to seven day fast. Now, we can’t do these things out there in everywhere land. We can only do these things in hospitals, but that’s where I learned most about how powerful vitamin C is because all of these patients got intravenous infusions of vitamin C. So let’s take us to modern day medicine. And we don’t have hospitals and clinics that are necessarily doing this close to us. So how do we take the vitamin C and why do we take it? Well, we take it orally. Of course, we can take it as a powder tablet capsule. And the important way of upping your intake of vitamin C to correct the gut microbiome to quell the free radical activity from metabolism or chemicals or stress bacterial infections in particular during covert we tried to stop people going into hospital excuse me with serious infections by giving them some intravenous vitamin c but it’s important to come back to making sure that every cell in the system of our bodies is saturated with vitamin C and an antioxidant that will mop up the free radical damage to your cells, tissues and organs, whether it be your liver, your brain, your kidneys, your ovaries, your testicles, spleen, it doesn’t matter. Every system in the body needs to be modulated or modified in terms of its free radical activity so that you don’t end up with a lot of inflammation, thrombosis and the possibilities of carcinogenesis or cancer. So taking a regular dose of vitamin C, let’s say it’s a couple of grams of powder or one gram of powder, take it until you get to bowel tolerance. So the side effects of taking oral vitamin C is wind, loose bowels and chronic good health. You don’t want the wind and loose bowels, you want the chronic. So if you get the wind and loose bowels from taking oral vitamin C, you just back it off in terms of the dose and the frequency and you drink plenty of good, fresh, clean, purified water with it. You may need to take for acute viral infection a dose every couple of hours. For somebody with a chronic illness, it’s possibly better to take it every four to six hours to saturate your tissues. You’ll know you’ve saturated your tissues with vitamin C when you feel better. You’ve got more energy and you are basically functioning like you should. It will help with your sleep, it will help with your appetite, help with your energy levels, help with your exercise. Once you’ve started high doses of vitamin C like this, you never stop it. maintenance dose as far as I’m concerned I i take about four grams of vitamin c per day I don’t get sick very often very rarely do I get sick it’s a very very important way of maintaining your antioxidant or antioxidant basis or your redox basis reduction oxidation basis so that everything else that you’re doing whether it be heat baths whether it be herbal medicines whether it be um magnetic field therapy treatments. All of these things work better if you’ve got your vitamin C levels up, because human beings do not manufacture vitamin C under stress. Human beings cannot manufacture vitamin C in your liver, whereas every other animal, apart from the higher apes and the guinea pig, cannot manufacture vitamin C under stress, whether it be a biological stress, a chemical stress, any toxic stresses. So And we do live, as you know, in a very stressful environment. Now, just mentioning about free radicals, and everybody has been taking things like zinc, for example, recently. Now, there’s an enzyme called suboxide dismutase, or SOD. It is an antioxidant enzyme. Like vitamin C, it works as an antioxidant. Taking a lot of zinc can sometimes block the uptake of iron, make you feel tired, If you’re iron deficient, you don’t have to have iron deficiency anemia to feel tired. But more importantly, it blocks another trace element, a couple of trace elements, selenium and copper. Now, people think copper is toxic, but copper depletion occurs when people take, you know, additive like zinc. And so I’m suggesting that if you are not getting better with any of the things that you’re doing, have a look. at your zinc levels and your copper levels, and make sure that the copper levels are optimized. Because, for example, when you’re taking netokinase for spike protein detoxification, netokinase is an enzyme. It depends on copper for its activity. And if your copper levels are low, all of the other enzymes in your body that depend on copper, they’re called kinases, can malfunction as well and not function optimally. Let’s finish there with ensuring the copper, zinc, manganese, and selenium levels are normal. Your intake of vitamin C is on a regular basis. You never stop your vitamin C if you want to live a long and healthy life. And thank you very much for your attention. Remember, the side effects of vitamin C are wind, loose bowels, and chronic good health. Well, thank you so much. And I think we can deal with these side effects. And thank you for demonstrating a very safe and effective strategy that has existed for many, many decades, fasting and vitamin C. Thank you so much. And I think there will be many questions for you at the end of this panel. So I’ll hand it over to Tess now to introduce the upcoming videos. Hi, Tess. Are you muted? You’re still muted. Thanks. Yeah, really, really fascinating. It’s been wonderful to hear all of these interesting health tips. We’re going to move on now with three videos. The one is from Izumi Kamejo from our World Council of Health Japan. Izumi is a project manager and CEO of a cancer research development project. We will follow that with World Cancer Health Singapore representative’s video by Dr. Sundaris Annamalai. And we will end the video presentations with Dr. Widya Mirni from Indonesia. So we’ll play those straight after each other and then we’ll open the panel for discussion. Detox programs from Japan, World Council for Health Japan. Taking hot bath regularly is a good detoxification habit. Epsom salt or nigari, it’s a magnesium chloride used for production of tofu in bathtub. Cutaneous resorption of magnesium and also bamboo coal and salt in bathtub is good for detoxification. Thermovas is effective too. Dietary advice, no wheat dairy products or white sugar is good for prevention of Leakey’s gut syndrome. Finish dinner three hours before bedtime and 16 hours fasting if no adrenal fatigue and functional hypoglycemia. Also, early dinner and then skip breakfast and have a good lunch. Treatment of constipation is essential. Improving constipation often improves post-vaccinal symptoms. Detoxifying Japanese teas. There are many types of detoxifying Japanese teas. such as pine needle tea, field horsetail tea, houttuynia tea, and green tea. Also, detoxifying Japanese foods is very good and very famous for that, such as pickled Japanese plum, umeboshi, and fermented foods like miso soup, natto, pickled vegetables. The Japanese food culture seems to be the factor X that prevented people from being sick by COVID-19. Miso is preventing all kinds of diseases, such as cancer, anti-aging, promotes brain metabolism, recovery from fatigue, prevents stroke, cholesterol suppression, and intestinal regulation, promotes digestion, and also makes your skin beautiful. So cancer doesn’t like miso. There are remedies against spike protein and thrombosis, such as natokinase 100 to 200 milligram per day, bromelain 500 milligram per day, This is an enzyme that can be found in fruits and stems of pineapple plant. Also, there’s taxifoline. It’s a flavonoid that is extracted from Siberian larch. Siberian larch is called the tree of gods. It grows in large groups in Russia, in Taiga, and it grows rapidly even in the harsh nature with temperatures of well over 30 degrees celsius in the summer and below minus 60 degrees celsius in the winter there are other remedies such as curcumin ivermectin and high doses vitamin c glutathione iv therapy These are well-known therapies, therefore I am not going further into these therapies. There are remedies against mitochondrial dysfunctions, such as 5-ALA, NMN, and 5-deazoflavine. They are used for long-term, late-onset vaccine after-effects. Also L-carnitine, L-carnitine, This is energy production by transporting and burning long-chain fatty acids. Prevents toxic substances produced from accumulating and being transported out of the mitochondria. Taurine amino acid-like substance formed in the process of protein decomposition. Reduces cholesterol absorption in the gastrointestinal tract. improves heart and liver function, and prevents high blood pressure. Special Kanpo recipe against adverse effects of COVID-19 injections. Kanpo is a Japanese version of traditional Chinese medicine developed hundreds of years in Japan. There is one powdered crude drug formulation by Dr. Masahiro Kida using tcm ingredients this campo recipe multiplies the effect when used in combination with ivermectin effective in cases where ivermectin is ineffective and also in case of delayed and late onset post vaccine sequelae it’s effective for shedding as well and also other problems like post-corona sequelae, the patient’s responses are very positive, such as body warms up, hay fever has improved, and the headache they had, it’s gone, and so on. This Kanpo recipe is called Gomijokyo powder Kanpo medicine. fruit . It removes COVID vaccine ingredients that are stuck in the body and the spike protein it produces. Ticosanthus fruit is good for expectoration, removes phlegm, which is fluid, stuck in various parts of the body that has become sticky and hardened. And salviae myrtiorizae and kukmae rhizoma is good for invigoration and revitalization of the blood. This removes blood studies and blood clots in various parts of the body. and Spartanoby Cowleys and Scorpion Booty Day is good for conduit making. Ensures body fluid and blood flow to all ends of the body. Summary. So lifestyle guidance and nutritional therapy are the cornerstones of treatment for post-vaccine syndrome. If you are not sure about the prescription, Ivermectin and Gomijokyo powder at Kanpo Medicine is the remedy of choice. If there is still no improvement, then switch to high-dose vitamin C and glutathione IV therapy. And also hydrogen gas inhalation is good for brain symptoms. And always continue with spike protein degradation and removal. with natokinase, bromelain, taxifoline, and curcumin. And for mitochondrial dysfunction, which is quite exhaustive, is 5-deazoflavine, NMN, and 5-ALA, and L-carnitine and taurine are recommended. That’s it. Thank you very much. Hi, I’m Dr. Sundar Das from Sundar Das Naturopathic Clinic in Singapore, and this is our vaccine detox protocol. We developed this protocol after testing people using our oligoscan device, thus photometry readings, and from that we figured out what deficiencies they developed, what toxins they had, and what we could do about it. So I’m going to talk to you about the general approach. Then I’m going to talk to you about the differences in our unique approach that involves micro combination devices and intranasal devices. So classic vaccine detox protocol that everybody talks about is basically your L-glutathione or NS2 cysteine. In Singapore, we can use it as flumesyl and zeolite. This is fundamental. Then you can use seropeptides three times daily, 140,000 SU. And it breaks down your spike protein. You can also add natokinase. For nutritional support, and this occasionally occurs for a lot of people with mitochondrial deficits. So we have B vitamins, which must contain methylfolate, vitamin C, selenium, zinc, COQ10, alpha-tocopherol, melatonin, carotene, lipoic acid, and taurine. For neural recovery, you need to do CDP-choline. And so these are some of the supplements. So the products that we use is, we have bio-seropeptase. Before bio-seropeptase, I used to use a broad spectrum digestive enzyme that had some seropeptase, and it had a whole bunch of other enzymes, proteases, and all of that. This particular product, UltraClear, is essential for neuro recovery, for the B vitamins, for people who have issues with impaired mitochondrial function. And then you use this. The devices that we use, for example, the low laser level therapy has been implicated and has been useful to attenuate cytokine storms and to reduce brain fog. The alpha therapy down there that you see is a device that has thermal function. It has negative potential therapy, pulse electromagnetic therapy, negative ion therapy, far infrared therapy, and a system regulation therapy. In other words, AI system that helps to regulate the situation. For feeding mitochondria, we use the ultra clear. And then of course we use homeopathic products. Either you can use the Heal Homeopathic Detox Kit or we use Organodrainage from Energeek that allows you to open up the organs of elimination, the lymphatics, the urinary system, the liver system, opens up channels of elimination so the body can detox. So this is the Alpha system. And this is the intranasal laser system that we use. Thank you. Hello, I’m Dr. Widya Murni from Jakarta, Indonesia. I am an integrative and functional doctor and I would like to share my two kinds of detox nutrition that make you healthier inside out. The first one is daily detox nutrition formula. The first one is vitamin D, 10,000 international unit once daily. The second one is vitamin C, 1,000 milligrams three times daily. The third one is zinc, 50 milligrams morning once daily. the fourth one is the magnesium glycinate 500 milligrams three times daily five multi-vitamin and multi-mineral twice daily and multi-strain probiotic two times daily before meal and the last is melatonin once daily 3-5 mg before bedtime. And the second one is the Spike Protein Detox Nutrition Formula for those who have the side effect of the vaccine or maybe long COVID. The first one is the Bromelain 500 mg once daily. The second one is Natokinase 2000 fu twice daily. Curcumin 500mg twice daily and if Anna positive you have to add the Hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice daily and if you have Cliridinia you have to add Colcicin 0.6mg once daily you have further problem and you should ask your doctor for the direction see you again well thank you so much for all the people participating in these amazing videos and before we start the discussion for tonight about this highly important topic and it was just beautiful to see how many decentralized approaches we have on this planet And it almost makes me sentimental in a time like that. We don’t only have centralized problems with centralized solutions. And for the discussion, we’d also like to invite Fleur Borelli and Anne Pemberton and Francesca Havens. So welcome to our panel. And here we go. Thanks very much. I’d like to ask to be here for a minute. What were her thoughts as a nutritionist in terms of what you presented? Was that an echo from my side or? Can you say something again? I should be even quiet. I think it’s you. Yeah. Okay. Well, I’ll just mute myself and I’ll hand it to you because it’s No, no, no, no. Stay with us. Maybe there are two mics on. So, yeah. So we wanted to introduce for a nutritional approach, there obviously are different opinions. Who would like to go first? Fleur or Anne? Okay. Francesca? Hi, everyone. That was such fantastic presentations. So I would like to ask, because Christoph at the beginning mentioned the toxicity in terms of hormesis. And I wanted to say that hormesis, a little bit of something toxic can also produce a benefit. Do you use those principles in your practice at all with foods, hormetic foods? I know the Japanese speaker mentioned fermented foods. We know that fermented foods have a, beneficial effects something a little bit difficult to tolerate can actually produce a huge benefit but also substances like the cruciferous vegetables as well and also curcumin in turmeric So those are nutrients can be toxic and toxins can be beneficial. So I just wanted to comment on that and the fact that eating a variety of vegetables, of plant foods, because we look at the individual isolated nutrients in foods, but actually What’s beautiful is when food comes together, when we eat a variety of plant foods, and actually it’s the chemicals in the plants, the phytochemicals that work together in harmony to produce an even greater benefit. So I just wanted to make that comment. Excellent. Yeah. Well, thanks Fleur. And well, one of the main questions in the nutritional approaches, I mean, no, there is almost any nutritional approach under the sun out there at the moment. Yeah. Each, each one of those approaches telling the other one that is wrong, but obviously we can look at where we came from, but there are two main opinions about this. One was the ketogenic diet and the other one was a, a plant-based diet. Are there any opinions on this that anybody would like to comment on? I would say with a lot of my patients who are quite seriously ill, the ketogenic diet, whilst we might be able to use it for a very short term, I find their digestive systems won’t tolerate that. Very often we won’t tolerate the vegetable diet either. So we have to do something with very small portions, not mix carbohydrates and proteins in the same meal, but still keep the sugar balance. So sometimes that can help. I think we call it the very mixed diet. Thanks. Beverly, you wanted to say something? Can we unmute Beverly? Linda? There you go. There you go. I actually run a 21 day detox three times a year and we’re on day one today because I didn’t know I would be doing this this morning. And I run a ketogenic approach and we’re driving ketogenesis, but it’s plant based. And I think that there are lots of protein is the biggest concern that I have, because I think a lot of people are fasting and fasting is great, especially when it’s done right. But I find many people are lacking in clean protein. You know, it’s not it’s just missing. And when people think about protein, they’re looking at red meats and that generally clogs up and already clogged liver and colon. And so introducing clean protein on a consistent basis throughout the eating window and making it plant based and bringing in, you know, organic natto, temp, all of these kinds of protein as well. Eating by the season keeps the gut optimal, particularly if you’re giving it pre, pro, post and psychobiotics on a regular basis, you know, if you’re moving through the week. But I think food rotation is super important for everybody. You know, it’s when people get into the same, you know, they’re eating the same thing all of the time. And particularly if they’ve had gut issues, you know, then they’re going to stick to something safe. That then starts to cause problems. But I don’t think it’s one shoe fits all. And I certainly don’t think we should be all eating the same thing week in, week out. You know, we need to flow with the biorhythms of the planet, don’t we, in the seasons and get those herbs out the ground. Nettles right now are very good for detoxification and they’re everywhere. So we should all be, you know, picking nettles and making some great soups with them throughout this season. Diet is wonderful, wonderful when it’s done well and it’s done by the seasons. Well, uh, thanks. Thanks Beverly. And thanks for pointing out that there also are ketogenic plant-based diets because most people, um, uh, associated, uh, with, um, animal fats and proteins. But, um, um, in fact, there are different opinions in one of the one one of the criticisms of a ketogenic diet actually is the lack of micronutrients. There are studies out that say if you follow the traditional one, you lack about 17 different micronutrients. Other studies says you need about 37,000 calories a day in order to get all the nutrients you want. So just throwing it into the room that, yeah, there’s nothing more dense in micronutrients than everything that nature has supplied us with in terms of plants and and herbs and fruit yeah for that matter so yeah anything else anybody would else anybody else would like to say about nutrition okay Yeah, we have Ian. Could you unmute him, please? Thank you. I agree with you. In nutritional medicine, we have a couple of sayings. Individuality is a crucial factor in nutrition. And what is one man’s or one woman’s meat is another woman’s poison. I learned quite a lot when I used to put patients in the hospital and starve past them. Excuse the expression, starve them, but we did. Then we would challenge them with three or four foods a day to find out what they were reacting to. And I’ll give you a couple of, one example or two examples. One was a young man with schizophrenia and he fasted and he came out of his psychotic state, having some intravenous nutrients. And we discovered that he was of course, sensitive to wheat, barley, rye, oats, dairy products, And he reacted, of course, very, very badly when he had Vegemite, which is a yeast extract that we have here in Australia. And he ended up getting his psychotic sort of symptoms coming back after certain of these foods. Another example was a woman with diabetes, and we tested her against her various foods And it was bizarre, but she had normal blood sugar and we challenged her with zucchini. And zucchini doesn’t have a lot of carbohydrate in it, but her blood sugar went from something like six amino acids to about 18. And so going on an elimination diet and rotation diets, sometimes very, very important, whether you’re keto or not keto, whether you’re vegetarian or vegan. I think it’s important that we all find out what we are sensitive to in terms of the foods that we’re eating. And remember, just taking a bite of an apple can alter your microbiome quite considerably. Thanks for pointing that out. Beverly, you wanted to mention? Nothing changes till something changes. And when I work with people, I take them off all of the food that they’re used to having and introduce new food. And that change changes, obviously, what’s going on in the gut, you know, how the pancreas is reacting, what kind of enzymes they’ve got, how they eat. And I get everyone to fill in a food mood poop journal every day. My clients think it’s hysterical. You know, give them a Bristol stool chart and say, write it down. If it’s going to go in, it’s got to come out. And we need to know what’s going in and what’s coming out. And it will tell you so much about yourself. And I think this really motivates people when they can see it written in their own hands. They can start to identify what foods they themselves are reacting to and start eliminating them and reintroducing them a few months later. But I advocate everybody stays away from gluten and, you know, anything that comes with casein morphine in it. From a toxic point of view, it causes more damage, you know, than good from my experience. So we try and eliminate gluten and anything with casein morphine in really, for that reason, gut brain bile protection. I certainly am intrigued by the ketogenic, vegetarian diet as opposed to a meat diet. Is there any of the other nutritionists who would shed a bit more light on that? I think most people are afraid they’re not going to get enough protein if they drop the meat and go on a purely veg diet. Flo or Francesca, do you have any insights into that? Francesca, do you want to speak or I can? Yeah, I mean, I advocate if you don’t, for psychoneuroimmunologists, chicken, eggs, fish if it’s super healthy. But if you don’t eat any of those, then as long as you tolerate them, then nuts can be a good protein replacement. Mushrooms are a great vegetable protein. Again, if you can tolerate those. And what’s important is to include a good amount of healthy fats such as avocado and coconut milk as well because it’s the high fat that produces satisfaction for the brain. Yeah, I think you’ve covered it there. Thanks, Fleur. I don’t have anything to add on the vegetable proteins, except for to say that a lot of people do tend to rely heavily on soya extracts and so protein isolates, which are actually in my book rather damaging because they alter your estrogen and hormonal balances. And unless they’re fermented as in typical Asian dishes, they’re not very suitable for consumption by humans or animals for that matter. Sarah, would you like to comment? I know that you’re a great advocate for the ketogenic diet. Well, my view is when there’s a difficult question with respect to what we can and can’t eat, we go back to evolutionary biology. And our immediate forebearers were omnivores and they ate a carnivorous diet with as many plants and nuts and seeds as they could acquire when they’re in season. So I’m not an advocate of vegan diets. I don’t don’t think they are evolutionarily correct. And many people struggle to get sufficient calories and sufficient fat on board, which is so important. So yes, ketogenesis is really important. I don’t think they have to be in ketosis all the time, as long as they’re in ketosis most of the time. And I combine that with sorting out the upper fermenting gut, which is so common in people eating too many carbohydrates. And that’s vitamin C, five grams a day, And then iodine, Lugol’s iodine, 15%, three drops lasting at night, taking away the vitamin C. Because one’s a reducing agent, the other’s an oxidizing agent. So that’s my starting point. I think that’s really interesting. So when I talk about plant-based ketogenesis, this is 21 days, three times a year. every four months we go into this is a detox protocol so the detox protocol I run is the meat goes the fish goes and we completely detoxify the body by releasing all of those things for 21 days my clients tend to eat meat and fish obviously a lot of plant-based stuff as well on the regular and they rotate and yes meat is very important um in the diet and fermented natto You know, when we do go detoxifying for 21 days, but it’s part of the detox. It’s not something we would advocate as a long term diet. And being in ketogenesis and autophagy, again, is rotational. So it is done, you know, on a rhythm. It’s not in a permanent status. You can’t hold that for a permanent status. But for detox, I think is incredibly, incredibly helpful for the digestive system to cook those foods for the 21 days. Incredibly important. Indeed, that does sound very appealing, you know, especially I think many people think they have to commit to one diet or the other. And then, you know, they feel a sense of terrible failure if they don’t manage to sustain it for a long time. But I really like that idea of just trying something for three weeks every, you know, three times a year, as you say, and just giving your bowel a bit of a rest. That’s what it sounds like. Maravik, would you like to come in there and certainly feel free to expand beyond just nutrition? I think one important question also is what’s the difference between plant-based and animal protein? Why would you choose plant-based or animal? What’s the difference? Now, why would you choose one over the other? Like, let’s say, for example, I’ve been vegetarian since I was 14. And I think I’m very healthy. I have enough muscle. My problem with the animal protein is, you know, we already know that, that it’s very heavy for the kidney. i I cannot remember that study but people who are eating a lot of animal protein they develop kidney failure ahead of the vegetarian ones because it’s very heavy there’s very specific you know amino acid which I believe it’s loosen and a lot of people would get the the animal because they’re worried about their muscles, that they don’t have enough amino acid to build the muscle, but now a lot of people are coming out, they’re body builders, and they are, yeah, and they are, I’m just saying this, okay, I know they’re, like, differences in opinion, and, yeah, that is, that is just a comment, and, you know, probably somebody can answer, so what’s the difference? It’s like, You know, we eat the cows, but the cows are actually eating grass and we’re eating them. And so their protein is actually coming from the plant. I mean, I know it’s funny, but I’m just throwing it out there. But, you know, probably like in my case, you know, since I was 14, I’ve been a vegetarian. I eat cheese and eggs, but no animal protein at all. except for the eggs. I think Christoph probably has the answer to that. Christoph, would you like to jump in on that one? Well, I might have many things to say about that, but I’m personally quite convinced that if we do it rightly, we can substitute everything that the cows and the pigs ate. ourselves yeah apart from the vitamin c that we talked about yeah we can’t produce it ourselves um but b12 is a matter of our microbiome and that’s where the cows are getting it from as well so uh but I wanted to touch on another topic um and that’s when uh um it was mentioned with a question about the difference of an organic and a traditionally grown food well Behind organic is an entire industry nowadays, so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend the term organic. The other thing is that we have a new food covering that has been entering the world food market since 2012, and that’s appeal. And would you believe it? It’s also brought into our food chain by the same people that do a lot with us at the moment. It’s Mr. Gates, the Rockefeller Foundation, WEF. So it’s a very interesting thing that they focus on this new natural covering of food to make it preserved. But if you look at the glycol lipids that are involved, it’s 98% of them. They’re highly problematic. And the thing is that it might be worth mentioning here that it has been approved even for organic use. So nobody knows why, because they don’t fulfill the criteria of it. So that’s why traditionally grown food means by your local farmer decentralized and you know what you’re getting with biodynamic or organic principles behind it might still be the best options for you. Yes, I’d just like to say thanks very much to Professor Brian Hope and Dr. Sarah Myhill, who’ve had to leave the call now. Their time is so valuable, as is everyone’s on the call. And we are so grateful to have such expertise in the room with us today. And also to all the people watching online, thank you for staying with us. And we hope you’re finding it as fascinating as we are. I think what we should perhaps do is just throw the floor open to anyone who would like to make a last statement or on what they’ve heard or comment or add a tip, and then we can think about closing. Dr. Gilbertus and Rose. You’re still muted. Yes, to back of Christophe’s point, in fact, I was going to make it, the fact that, you know, we get all these foods and so on, even us in the Caribbean, we still get these apples and grapes and, you know, it’s covered, treated and, you know, the normal washing is not sufficient. who will advise on what’s the best wash for these foods to make sure you remove all of the chemicals. So that’s very, very important. And the other point I was going to make is about overeating. Some people just eat too much. Even though it’s good foods, they eat too much. So they have to be warned about eating too much, even of the good foods. If I could just answer with regards to, you know, how to clean up vegetables. I moved to a tiny island in the middle of the Mediterranean and they didn’t have organic food, you know, so I had to learn to adapt. And the solution I came up with 14 years ago was ozonator. So I ozonate everything. I use ozone and whether it is organic, it takes all the pests out of it if it’s organic, because obviously it’s not been sprayed. And while they’re good protein, I don’t want them in my salad so they can stay where they are. And also, if it’s not organic, which we can’t always source organic in the middle of the Mediterranean, middle of nowhere, we can pull all of the things that have been put on that. Also, I think it put me off chicken. for quite a long time when we started ozonating chicken and saw all the antibiotics, you know, coming out of it. And I do demonstrations with people quite often and show them the mercury coming out of the fish when you ozonate it and the antibiotics coming out of the chicken. But also it’s incredibly good for detoxification. You know, if we’ve got skin bacteria, you ozonate the bath and you sit in the bath, dermatological conditions, and they cost about 70 pounds, you know, and it’ll keep going for years. It’s very, very, very cost effective, very easy to do. And I think we’re into our 14th year now of using it. And that’s every day. And it’s something that I encourage all my clients to do. And if you get gastric, anything gastric, you always make four ounces of water and drink it. And within six hours, in 90% of the cases, it’s fixed the problem. Anybody got any experience with ozone? I would love to. No, I would like to know a bit more. What is it? Is it a gadget of some sort? Yeah, so it literally ozonates water or olive oil or, you know, anything that you can put the pipe in. It converts it into ozone, even your building. So it can take toxins out the air, toxins out the skin. If there’s bacteria, pathogens, anything like that, it’s going to destroy them. And candida, vaginal thrush, all of these things, ozonate the bath, sit in the bath, infected cellulitis, I’ve used it for and closed that off. And we’re using it for diabetic ulcers at the moment. It is incredible. Gets rid of necrotic tissue in less than three days, you know, much quicker than anything else I’ve ever seen. Amazing. know internally externally and for your fruit and veg and your mutant fish it’s just really really good it’s called an ozone generator ozone generator absolutely fabulous maybe if I could add something there uh when you ask who who has experience with it um in turn in in times of increasing antibiotic resistance it might be a very very good idea to have something We use it by direct contact with the ozone. We use it in water internally. We use it in oils, which then lasts for a longer time, and you can apply it on the skin, et cetera, et cetera. Very useful toy to have at home. Yes. And who has experience of food-grade hydrogen peroxide? So it’s the same sort of concept as ozone. So full grain grade hydrogen peroxide, you dilute it and it’s a good wash if you can get it. Or even the hydrogen peroxide from the chemists dilute it because you know you can use it as a mouthwash. And in fact, they were using it for nasal lavages in the times of early COVID. That’s why it was all off the pharmacies in England. There was a time you couldn’t get hydrogen peroxide because they realized it was killing off, you know, the COVID and the nasal passages. So how about diluting it to wash your vegetables? Can you comment on that Beverly or anybody? I try and stay as near, you know, to nature. I mean, ozone obviously is probably as near to nature as I get. And I think, you know, for, well, a cost outlay of 70 pounds. And now I’ve had it for 14 years. I’m not purchasing. It’s not a consumable. I’m trying for zero waste. You know, I live toxin free living. That’s what I try to do. And so anything that’s a consumable or you’ve got to buy over and over again, if there is an alternative, you know, where you can buy it once and you’re going to get a long time out of it, like dehydraters, you know, things like that. I would, be advocating for that more so than going for something that’s got to be replaced over and over and over and over again. So I think on that point alone, I would probably stick with the ozone generator. And you get a solar ozone generator, it’s even better because it’s not costing you anything to run it. But yeah, I think we consume far too much, too much food, too much of everything. And so where we can cut down and help the planet to build more resources instead of consuming. I’m a big advocate for that. Cornelia, would you like to have the last word? I think you’re unmuted now. Now you’re muted again. Pernille, you’re muted again. It’s okay now. My advice would be keep very close to nature because nature offers such a lot of really very precious things to detox. And I think detoxing should never be a question of money. We have a lot of very interesting ingredients people can take for detox but you could start with very easy things for example vitamin C or when you take the detox teas herbal things from nature for example nettle I use nettle tea a lot and I experience this with myself it really is very very helpful and the thing Sarah said for example just using heat or sunlight This is also very, very useful. This would be my hint or my last tip for today to keep nature and that there is no one fix for all. This doesn’t exist because every person is an individual. And so you have to just listen to what this person is saying to you and get to the background. Why is a poison or a toxin dangerous for this special person? Thank you very much for sharing all your knowledge. I enjoyed it a lot. Thank you very much. Anne, would you like to have a say? I see. Sorry, am I interrupting there? No, no, no, perfect. Just a couple of things, really. We’ve heard some fantastic… presentations this evening I’m blown over by it it’s really good the two things that um I would like to ask is does anybody take account of the cell danger response and the fact that all these toxins are breaking down our phosphatidylcholine so our cell membranes are pretty messed up um so I i mean what I i work a lot with people who have poor proprioception or interoception so they’re the people who might overeat or not eat at all because they don’t get the proper sensations or they might have sensory motor amnesia and so the fascia gets really gummed up as well because bearing in mind that’s carrying the lymph and the blood So I just wondered, does anyone really think about those? What I do with mine is I get them to do an $80 program, which is for life. And it’s somatic exercises, which are all about pandiculation as opposed to stretching and very gentle to clear the fascia. Because I find a lot of mine are really stiff and concertina at the front because they’re used to sitting behind uh computers and things like that so I just wondered if anybody gave that any thought christoph would you like to jump in there because I know that you have clinical experience with this kind of thing as well um Yeah. Well, as we, as we heard from Sarah, so many toxins are actually fat soluble. So, um, yeah, we know that so many neurological and psychiatric problems are now because of, uh, basically toxin reaching our central nervous system that starts with EMF opening up the blood brain barrier and then, um, uh, chemicals invading and, and heavy metals invading, um, the myelin sheath. So yeah, phosphatidylcholine is a very, very essential part of restoring fats in the brain, apart from other fat household aspects to decrease omega-6 and others, not to increase inflammation in the brain. So a very important point. Did we have phosphatidylcholine on any of the protocols that you recall? Tonight, no. But it should be a part of it, yeah. I certainly did hear from one of the vaccine injured groups that phosphatidylcadine was helping with vaccine injuries. So it would be good to hear from others if they have that experience. I, gosh, sorry, carry on, Maravik. Yes, I can provide a PK. There is a PK protocol. It’s actually a combination of the phosphatidylcholine and glutathione. I don’t have the exact dosage, but I can forward it. But I use it not only in the vaccine injured with neuropathy and cognitive decline, but in a regular dementia patient. And in combination with that, I also use NAD. which is a series of IV infusion, NAD, which is very important in restoring the mitochondrial function. So I use that plus the PK protocol. I can forward it. And if somebody wants to use it, actually, if you’re going to use that, it needs to be under the supervision of a physician. It cannot be like for public use. And yeah, it needs to be, you need to have the proper blood tests and all that. I will not use it if the patient is coming in because they want it. And then the other thing, just one important comment. I don’t know if Dr. Bright, though, kind of mentioned it because he was discussing about the high-dose IV vitamin C infusion. It is very important to emphasize. I use a lot of IV vitamin C, like infusion from cancer to vaccine injured and different condition. It’s very important that when you use this, and this is also for the listening public, you need to be tested for glucose 6PD deficiency. The G6PD deficiency is very common. It affects, like here in America, up to 26% are affected. So if you miss that, you’re going to be in big trouble because if you use IV vitamin C, more than 25,000 milligrams, you can cause hemolysis. And so that needs to be tested if the patient is coming in. You know, I want the IV vitamin C. I’ve had it before. I won’t take that. They need to be tested. So that’s part of the things that we have to check since, you know. Yeah, thanks very much for pointing that out, Mavik. In actual fact, you know, just to make it clear to everybody listening, We are not giving any medical advice here. This is really an open discussion. Errors and omissions are possible. And we are really sharing information that can be taken forward to your health practitioner if you wish to discuss anything. And also, of course, we will be coming out with a companion guide, detox and well-being companion guide that includes this guidance that you’ve heard today that can then be taken to your therapist or health practitioner or doctor to be discussed. So obviously we’ve also heard of many wonderful inexpensive things. I mean, so many of the things are really inexpensive and just natural and really so many great tips on how to just get started without any expensive supplements or anything. And perhaps I’ll just list them at the end. I think there’s still a few people who would like to say something before I do that. So Francesca, would you like to have a say? Thanks, Tess. What I wanted just to mention, because we haven’t mentioned it that much, although a few people did bring it into their protocols, all the sort of mind-body aspects. And what I’ve found in practice is that when you do have people that struggle to recover from some complaint that they have, you usually have to then start looking at the trauma and the emotional component. There’s a very easy way to do that, which is to complete the Adverse Childhood Events questionnaire, which can be found online. most people can tick at least two or three boxes. So it’s very common to have experienced some kind of incident in your life. Everybody has incidents. Life is life. However, as Dr. Gabor Mate, who’s very well known nowadays for his research into trauma and the effects of trauma, as he pointed out, what we all need as infants is to receive what we expect. And infants expect love, care, nurturing, food, etc. And then when you do have an adverse event, you’re going to be resilient. So if you’ve had the things that you expect, not given to you, that’s when you’re less resilient in the face of adverse events. And so it’s very interesting if people, you sometimes wonder why, you know, someone else has got better from some condition they suffered and they haven’t. It’s worth looking because it can also affect our outlook. And we’ve spoken about some of that, what our outlook is and how we can help people improve their outlook. But it’s good to know because it also is an indicator of how reactive we are how easily we can fall into the trap of fear, for instance. And of course, it’s very helpful to actually add that to your armory to improve your well-being is to actually do a quick check of those things. And so that if you’re not feeling that resilient, you can work out why and then work on strategies to improve your mental strength as well as your physical strength. Thanks. Thanks very much for pointing that out. I think it’s so important. Mostly we don’t even consider these things. Fleur, would you like to have the last word for the panel? Thank you. We’ll just carry on from Francesca. Yes, so unresolved emotional issues, adversity in childhood activates the stress response and our HBA axis, which is the communication from our brain, to our kidneys and our adrenal glands that produce stress hormones. So I think with addressing life stress is super important for our kidney health as well, because they play a role in the stress response because their job is to retain water and sodium and glucose, which are life-saving, it’s a life-saving strategy. And I wanted to just say something about water. We know we’ve talked about filtering water. Many people I see in clinic are chronic water drinkers, which means that we’ve been told to sip little and often. But I measure hydration and many people are dehydrated. And I would just stress the importance of waiting till you’re thirsty and drinking plenty we’re drinking an adequate amount and then waiting until you’re thirsty again because we’ve been told to stay ahead of thirst but actually when we’re thirsty we’re probably only about two percent dehydrated and then we drink plenty and then ourselves absorb it more That’s really, really fascinating. Thanks again for highlighting the importance of healing childhood trauma. And for those listeners, we do have a presentation on healing childhood traumas and adult traumas by Max Lowen from a few weeks ago. So I think it would be good to reference that if you would like to learn more about how to heal childhood trauma from our online video library. And also that really interesting tip about water, because I think so much of what we do these days, we eat, we drink without really feeling that because we’re never in a place of starvation and many people don’t even have a sense of hunger. It’s just a sort of routine. And I guess we do that with water, too. And not just water, but coffee and tea and all of that. We just. do it as if in a routine, a program, rather than actually feeling first. So that’s really, really fascinating. So I think the time has come to draw to a close, and we’re just totally overwhelmed by the amazing, the protocols. Can I just make one comment, please, Tess? Yes, yes, certainly. Yeah, just one more. I was hearing about the venom peptides, which have been affecting the nicotine receptors because of what has been in the COVID injections. Does anybody have experience of that? Because some people claim that nicotine as a therapy, either in patches or gum, can help to counteract this side effect. And I did understand that ivermectin too can help to counteract this insult on the nicotine receptors. So unless this aspect is addressed, then you still have patients who are getting the autonomic effects from the blockage of this nicotine receptors. Would anyone like to comment on that? Well, I can give you feedback. a lot of patients are actually using the nicotine patches on their own because we have a doctor artist here and he’s the one you know who popularized the use of nicotine patches and so people are just getting it from over the counter But you have to be very careful still on the effect of that, especially if your patient has a lot of medical issues. So if I advise that and they’re asking me if they could use it, I tell them not to use it more than seven days or they have to follow up because of the disease. effect on that specifically yeah the autonomic nervous system effect so I don’t have a consistent findings that it actually give like significant relief like day and night kind of effect but you have to be very careful because the nicotine is still a drug whether we like it or not but theoretically it should work but It’s not. At least with my patient, with the kind of patient that I deal with here, I have to be very careful because they have a lot of pre-existing high risk diseases and they are also polypharmacy. So to mix that with a drug like that, it’s a drug. I mean, it’s over the counter here in the US for the purpose of smoking cessation, but I will not advise it to be used on a long term basis. Yes, an extract of the drug. It’s an extract. And of course, we’re not sending the patient to smoke, but it’s an extract of the drug. In fact, we have lobelia herb, which has some ingredients with some of these properties. And I intend researching a herb we have here. We call it tabak jab. which is devil’s tobacco. So I want to research it and see if it could be, will assist in these nicotine receptors being damaged by the venom. We look forward to hearing more. Who’s got the rooster? Is it, you can hear a rooster crowing? Was it my imagination? So, well, we look forward to hearing more and we can do another one of these events down the line. And certainly we will keep on increasing the information in the detox booklet that is coming out. So do stay posted. And thank you so much for all of your input into this very important work. It’s been such a pleasure and very inspiring. We trust that everybody listening has got something to think about today. Christoph, do you have anything you’d like to say? I didn’t invite you. Well, apart from my thank you, of course, to all the panelists, this was truly brilliant. Thank you so much for all the inspiration. Maybe just a closing remark that everything we’ve talked here tonight is still not part of any medical curriculum and that times have changed so much that it seems a little bit strange not to consider all these toxins in the medicine approach of our times. There was a brilliant movie made, Our Daily Toxin, a few years ago of Marie-Monique Robin, a French director. And in this documentary, very, very worth seeing, she talks about the fact that she visited people that didn’t know about cancer. So she went into these areas, looked at how they ate and what they didn’t have that we have nowadays. But consider almost all chronic diseases that we had because 100 years ago, we didn’t have them. And that must have some reason. Yeah. And we talked about nutrition and we talked about toxin. So please, let’s take this important part of medicine as a very, very important step for all of us to be empowered and hope that soon it will enter medicine. the medical approach when going to your GP that he can advise you on how to eat and how to detox. Yeah, absolutely. And it’s all about the root cause of disease and raising awareness of the root cause of disease, which I think has been really ignored as we’ve been in a disease industry, not a health industry. And so it’s in the pharmaceutical company’s interest to keep everybody sick. and for us never to discover what the root cause of disease is. So it’s really time and a great opportunity. And thank you so much for all of you who have raised awareness of the root cause of disease. I would just like to say, you know, one thing that was really striking was just how most of the, so many things were totally inexpensive, you know, minimizing the toxins and eliminating processed food, you know, including those fermented foods, inexpensive things like heat therapies, um, and, and Epsom salt baths, um, the stress reductions, your mindfulness and prayer. I mean, that costs you nothing, you know, going out in nature, sunshine, getting lots of sleep, uh, these things cost nothing. And, uh, and vitamin C, the teas, which, uh, as, uh, Gilberta and Cornelia pointed out are grown in our gardens, the nettle, the dandelion, uh, and are so plentiful, um, And the miso soup, I love the fact that our Japanese council recommends miso and cancer doesn’t like miso. That was news to me and I really like that idea. And that’s really widely available, isn’t it? And also the thing that struck me was the importance of copper in mitochondrial function, which was pointed out by Professor Ian Brighthope. So I think I certainly learned a lot today and I’m very relieved to hear that there’s so many things that one can do that don’t cost very much or cost nothing at all. So I hope others feel that too. And I’d like to just also remind everybody that World Council of Health is a not-for-profit community interest company and we really need your support to keep going. If you really like the work that we do and you value it, please recognise this if you have the means. and donate to the World Council for Health so we can keep bringing more of this type of work and we can keep growing our country councils because this is the way that we, you know, this is really the way forward for health and healthcare where we can integrate and aggregate and then disseminate these wonderful, wonderful tips and health advice that are coming to us from every corner of the world. 1. Hello. I wanted to ask Dr. Myhill for any recommended amount of time spent engaged in a “heat regime”. And does it matter if the rinse afterward is warm or cool water?

Any idea when the WCH Detox Strategies document will be published?

Thank you for putting this panel and presentation together.
