Instinctive Meditation with Vaishali
Each week, the WCH Mind Health Committee hosts a guided meditation on Telegram.
On October 28, Vaishali led us in a guided meditation that is now available to rewatch and share.
Vaishali is a yoga, movement, swimming and meditation teacher based in Singapore, with 10 years’ experience teaching privately, leading public events and giving workshops. The core of her work is embodiment—the feeling and experience of our body through sensation, emotion, intuition, touch and movement. Vaishali is passionate about embodiment as a living practice that supports personal development, creative expression, physical therapy and spirituality.  Vaishali has over 700 hours of training in a variety of approaches, including hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga, Laban/Bartenieff Movement, Body-Mind Centering© and Instinctive Meditationâ„¢. She is also deeply inspired by dance, swimming and natural movement.Â
“I love offering tools and practices that empower people to connect with their own inner wisdom, so they can express it in the world.”
You can find out more about Vaishali on her website.
