World Council for Health Steering Committee member, Dr Tess Lawrie, and Mind Health Committee member, Kim Knight, hosted an enlightening Better Way Today session on 8 April 2024, with guest Max Lowen.

Max speaks from first-hand experience about “recovering from trauma and stepping into your power”, having survived and healed from the trauma of satanic ritual abuse, torture, and trafficking in childhood. She now helps others recover from the consequences of childhood neglect and abuse. On her show, Unbroken, Max interviews survivors, truth warriors, healers, and teachers.

According to Max, trauma is the real pandemic afflicting our world. We are discovering that people in some of the highest positions of power and authority have been deliberately traumatising humanity, as this makes it easier to control our minds and manipulate us to fulfill their agenda. We are all affected, which makes this presentation essential viewing. Find out more about what trauma is, how it affects us, and why it is so necessary to face and heal from our own traumatic experiences.

This episode is not just informative – it’s also truly inspiring.

Hi, everyone. Welcome to another Better Way Today. Today’s a really big day with several extraordinary natural and unnatural events scheduled to occur. So if you’ve made it here and you’re in the newsroom, you’re so very welcome. And thank you for prioritizing us over other things. And if you’re watching later, well, you’re very welcome to. So I’ll just fill you in on what is going down. Today, we have a solar eclipse happening. during this live meeting, perhaps I shouldn’t say that, but we hope you will stick with us. There’s the CERN Large Hadron Collider experiment happening today as well. Three NASA rockets are being launched at the solar eclipse at the time to apparently study perturbations. Doesn’t sound like a good idea to me, but anyway, that’s what the, you know, the rulers do. And then… we have a full planetary alignment which is happening around the eclipse so it’s highly highly unusual and rare to have seven planets happening in the area of the moon and the sun and um as well as Chiron so in it’s actually sort of in a 90 degree segment of the skyscape um And that’s Uranus, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Mars and Neptune. And then we have Pluto sitting somewhere in Aquarius. So it’s really, really an unusual day from a cosmic perspective. And there also happens to be a comet in the vicinity of the eclipse, which has been called the Devil Comet or Devil Comet. because it has a funny sort of horn shape to it. So what a thing today. And all of this is happening during a period of Mercury in retrograde. So another reason, if you actually have managed to make it here on time and you didn’t get the time mixed up, which I have to say that I did, and you didn’t have any communication difficulties in other ways or travel delays, well, you’re doing really well today. At WCH, we have decided to make this very auspicious day a day of healing. And we have a very special guest by the name of Max Lowen, who’s going to be speaking to us about recovering from trauma and stepping into our power. So thank you again for joining us. I’m also delighted to be co-hosting Max with Kim Knight, who’s one of our amazing Mind Health Committee members from New Zealand. Welcome, Kim. I wonder if you could pop her up there. Thank you very much. Hi, Kim. So great to see you again and share the hosting with you today. For everyone else, Kim has been a keen contributor to World Council for Health for the past three years, including presenting at our inaugural Better Way Conference. In her clinical practice, she has spent 18 years helping people recover from the long-term physical and mental health consequences of of childhood emotional neglect, mental abuse, and narcissistic parenting. She’s passionate about helping people recognize if they’re being gaslit or mentally abused and teaching how to stand one’s ground, speak one’s truth, and recognize and honor one’s own needs. So Kim is going to help me with the Q&A and general discussion when Max has finished her presentation. So now I have the pleasure of introducing Max Lowen. Max, are you, are you ready? So Max is a global citizen having grown up in various countries and is bilingual in Italian, Spanish, and English. She’s a survivor of satanic ritual abuse, torture, and trafficking. And she went on to do her healing work and train and trauma and recovery to help other survivors and those trapped in the cycle of violence. Max created her own show called Unbroken, where she interviews survivors, truth warriors, healers, and teachers. You can find out more on Max’s website called unbroken.global. Max is an advocate for children, and she considers children to be our most precious asset and the future of the human race. So welcome, Max, and I really look forward to your presentation on recovering from trauma and stepping into our power. Thank you for having me, Tess. It’s always an honor to be here. Okay, so I’ll get started. So here is a partial definition of trauma. Actually, what I want to say first is the real pandemic of our world is trauma. I just want to preface with that. So what is trauma? Shock or severe distress, from experiencing a disastrous event and traumatic reactions occur when people feel powerless, when nothing they can do matters. What I would add here, and particularly when I’m thinking of children, is also when a trauma occurs and there’s nobody there to help process it, to comfort, you know, to witness. I think that It’s much less the event rather than how it is internally and especially without any external support. So generally, trauma is classified into two types. Simple trauma would be a one-time incident like being in a tsunami or a single rape. or witnessing some kind of violence, being in a horrible accident. And this kind of trauma is a little easier to heal. It goes faster because there isn’t a background of it. Then we have complex trauma, which is trauma that is repetitive. So it’s a child growing up in an abusive family. day after day after day being neglected or abused in whatever way. It could be a trafficking victim. It could be any situation where basically one is in captivity, cannot escape the trauma, and it happens continuously and repetitively. And what I would say is actually us as a human collective, I would put us in this category of complex trauma considering the amount of trauma that’s repetitively thrown at us throughout our lifespan, whether that be wars or terrorism, which is engaged at the highest levels by those in authority, whether that be poverty or scarcity, engineered diseases, unnatural weather events, as you spoke to, Tess, So I would actually say that all of us as a human collective are currently experiencing the effects of complex trauma. This lady is Judith Herman. She wrote a great book called Trauma and Recovery, and I see the slides a bit cut off. But what she’s saying here is, so in an individual, there’s this dialectic where The trauma happens and the instinct, and in fact it’s to survive, is to split off the trauma, to repress it, to deny it to oneself, which is a survival thing, so it’s appropriate. But there’s that side of it. And then there’s the opposite side, which is the will to keep proclaiming the trauma aloud. And you see this particularly in children who are traumatized. They will reenact the trauma in play repetitively. And even an adult who survived trauma but hasn’t dealt with it, where it’s still repressed, will behave and act out and show the trauma, even as they themselves can be unaware of it. And what I want to point out is, again, this occurs in the collective as well. So this is something that Judith Herman wrote in her book. Freud, back in, I think it was 1896, He was there during the time of Charcot when women were paraded on stage and they were supposedly hysterical because they had a uterus. And Freud actually began to talk to women and listen to them. And he discovered fairly quickly that these were actually symptoms of trauma, of sexual abuse. So he put out a paper called The Etiology of Hysteria where he said this. He said, I’ve discovered what this is. Well, naturally, the elite in Austria at the time, the society did not receive this well. They did not like this. So he was pressured to recant. And when he recanted, what he put then forth is his famous Oedipal theory, where he says, oh, actually, no, my bad. Children fantasize about having sex with adults. And he did a great disservice to all of us in doing so. But This is kind of the way that it works collectively as well. And it’s happened throughout history. World War I and II, trauma comes to the forefront. They called it shell shock. Then it’s denied, it’s buried. Oh, it’s because men are weak. Then it comes up again in the 70s with the feminist movement where domestic violence is exposed and sexual abuse is exposed. So it comes to the forefront. Survivors start to speak out. Then in the 90s, we had the False Memory Syndrome Foundation, which is actually a group of pedophiles and people who have perpetrated MKUltra. But they came out and said, oh, therapists are implanting these things into people’s heads. There’s no such thing. So it’s cyclical. It comes up. It’s denied. It comes up. It’s denied both individually and collectively. The collective human trauma wave, essentially, this has been deliberate by those in the highest positions of power and authority. So we’ve been traumatized individually and we’ve been traumatized collectively in a variety of ways. And this is to fragment the human psyche, because when we’re fragmented, we’re easier to mind control and manipulate. towards an agenda that these people want and that’s actually quite harmful to us. We have a lot of addictions in our society today to everything, alcohol, drugs, sex, work, you name it. People are highly addicted. And this is the root causes trauma. And the addiction is simply a way to numb the pain. And so any kind of treatment, and I used to work with addicts a long time ago, any kind of treatment for addiction is going to have to, by necessity, include the treatment of the root cause, which is trauma. Generational trauma. I won’t say a lot because I have limited time for this presentation, but Trauma is passed on generationally. If you look into epigenetics, that will explain a lot. And then of course, it’s just having a traumatized parent kind of ensures, unless they have healed from that, that their behaviors, the way they think, the way they are, the things that they will miss, for example, a mother who has been sexually abused and hasn’t remembered it or dealt with it, will not see her own child be sexually abused because she can’t afford to see it in the child because in herself it’s repressed and it would be too much. the generational impact is a very real part of trauma. This is also a quote from Judith Herman, and what she means here is the child has a dilemma. The child is being abused, is being traumatized, but cannot afford to look at her or his parents and see that they are the bad ones. the child always keeps hoping and wishing for that good parenting. And so takes that and internalizes it to herself or himself. So if I’m bad, maybe I can be better and maybe mommy or daddy will love me tomorrow. So the child has this impossible situation and ends up taking on the trauma and the blame. And what happens then as we grow up and become adults is all that abuse that we experienced as children. It’s inside of us. And then we are no longer in the abusive situation, but we keep abusing ourselves even just with our thinking and our worthlessness and whatnot. So it’s really important to heal trauma and to know this because it, you know, just like in the outer collective, the prison is, is built into the mind. So, I like this slide because it reminds me that, you know, this is not who we are. This is not who we are. And all we have to do is look at little babies and little toddlers, and everyone has this reaction. You see them out in public, you know, you just think, oh, you know, they’re so perfect, so innocent, so open, so trusting. They’re the true nature of the human being. And then if you live in this reality, whether you have good parents or not, you will at some point be traumatized, but it’s not who we are and it’s not who we came here to be. When I was younger, I wanted to change the world because I saw how horrific it was and it took me a little while to understand that the way to do that was actually to change myself. So it starts within us and then we can move on to help co-create change in the outside world. So I’m going to talk a little bit about healing trauma. You know, when we heal, it doesn’t erase what happens, but it means that what happens doesn’t drive us anymore. And that saying that time heals all wounds is simply not true because the subconscious is what drives us. So anything that’s there unprocessed, it’s if you imagine an iceberg, the conscious mind is the tip that you see above the water. The subconscious is what’s submerged and you can ignore it, but it will drive your choices, your thinking and your behavior and your life. So it’s really behooves us to always want to go to heal whatever traumas that we have. These are some symptoms of PTSD. Now, interestingly, the American psychological association, refused to include trauma in there, which is ridiculous because everyone in this world, it’s a continuum. Everyone is on some part of the continuum of trauma. And it wasn’t until 1980 that they put in one diagnosis, which they call PTSD. So it doesn’t really serve the complexity of trauma, but that’s what we have. And you can see by these symptoms up here that I would venture to say all of us have had or have at least some of these symptoms. Someone who’s deeply traumatized will have many or all of them, but I think all of us can identify here. To be in this reality, you kind of have to be numb. There’s a lot of substance abuse. There’s so much violence. I mean, it would be a miracle for us to sleep well and not be irritable in the world that we live in today. So in terms of treatment, obviously the first thing is establishing safety. You cannot help someone heal from trauma if they’re in an active trauma situation. It’s just not going to work and one should not even start to try. The first thing is to get the person out of that traumatic situation. Remembrance and mourning. So I really feel this is important. We have to know what happened. We have to remember it. We have to put together the story of our lives and kind of the events that happened and then express the emotions. There’s so much grieving. And, you know, I think there’s also so much rage in a lot of cases about what happened to us and we have to know it and we have to release those emotions to go forward. And then the reconnection stage is, you know, we’re fragmented, reconnect with ourselves and reconnect with others like Connect with community again, go back into the world of people and feeling, you know, trauma survivors often feel like completely isolated, like I used to feel like a freak, you know, so that reconnection, that coming back into the human fold is really important. There’s many therapies that we can use for trauma. I particularly like internal family systems because it really describes the parts and how parts hold different parts of the trauma. But nowadays, there’s a variety of things that we can use. And so, you know, this is something people can go do some research on. And sometimes a combination of therapies is important. In this slide, it really highlights that it’s not just, for example, in the upper right-hand corner, the counseling, but all of the pieces matter. We have to take care of the vessel of the body with exercise. We have to take care of, we have to have that emotional connection with other people, the mindfulness, you know, the time where we connect with that inner self or that higher self or the divine or whatever we call it. journaling, living a healthy life. All of these components are necessary for healing from trauma. So again, the stages are, we need to acknowledge something happened. We need to get safe. Then we process what happened and then we become more integrated and whole. These are some of the PTSD effects. So for example, because of the way traumatic memory is encoded it’s not processed and then sort of it’s not like a faded memory like a memory of uh falling off your bicycle or something the the trauma is so severe that the memory is um I use the I liken it to a cow being branded it just sits there in its entirety and it’s not processed so what happens is during the day uh, trauma survivors can have flashbacks and a flashbacks is just that, that little, it’s like you press a play button and the whole thing plays again. And it’s, it’s very, very distressing. And at night it comes out in nightmares. So it’s literally the trauma memory opening up and playing. And that’s why it’s important to process it because that after that, it won’t happen in this manner anymore. Um, traumatized people have a lot of avoidance. They avoid situations that will remind them and trigger them of the trauma. Trauma survivors generally walk around with a sense of anxiety, inner fear, torment. This was me for most of my life. And are very sensitive in the nervous system, so very easily go into fight or flight. This is internal family systems, which I like. So when it says exiles, what it means is, so a big trauma happens and the child cannot hold it, cannot cope with it and would die if it did have to hold it. So it gets split off and repressed. It’s like it happens and then it gets that part that it happened to splits off and holds the memory of that trauma and gets buried within the system, or as they say, exiled. And then their language where they say firefighters, it’s another, other parts of the self that jump up. So when it starts to leak up from the submerged, you know, trauma starts to leak up, the firefighter parts will do all kinds of things to, you know, to stop it, like, you know, go to addictions or act out or do things to, prevent the trauma from surfacing. And what they call managers is just that sort of part of the person that attempts to keep it all in control. And it’s a survival mechanism. So while it’s not helpful, it is helpful until we get to a point in our lives where we can bring those exiled parts forth and heal them. So this is actually a very clever strategy of our psyche. I like this illustration because this shows kind of what I just said, and we could extend this to, so dissociation is a continuum. And on one far end, we can have what used to be called multiple personalities, and now it’s called DID. But I think DID is a continuum. So in this head, there’s all these different people. And this, again, it’s a survival mechanism. When the trauma is so extreme that it cannot be handled, it gets split off. So different parts handle and hold different pieces of the trauma. And this can be very distressing to be this fragmented. So one goal of recovery is to bring all those parts home and integrate it. These parts a lot of times are called the inner child. I like this because I think it’s helpful when something comes up to imagine one of these inner children are wanting to be witnessed, are wanting to be heard, are wanting to express and release this pain. And so it’s really important to visualize that inner child, to let the emotions out and to kind of hold and comfort the adult part of us, hold and comfort that inner child part, particularly because mostly those inner children didn’t have any comfort or any help. Journaling is an excellent adjunct to healing. It’s very, very helpful. And sometimes when we journal, a lot of memories can come out and particularly for very fragmented, different parts will write out different scenarios or different memories that they hold. This goes into the nervous system. So we have a fight, flight, or freeze component of our nervous system. And I like this slide, including FON, people pleasing, avoiding conflict, prioritizing others’ needs over our own. I used to be this way. It’s kind of a protective thing like, oh, please accept me, please love me. So we we have this fight, flight or freeze built in. And ironically, it’s called the reptilian brain. And in a situation of actual real danger, this would actually be very helpful. So what happens is when that when there’s a danger outside, like a big animal about to eat you, your brain goes into survival because and it shuts down the prefrontal cortex the thinking part of the brain because thinking is too costly it takes too long so you have to just react in a split second so you either run or you fight and if that’s not available you freeze And a child that’s being, for example, sexually abused, cannot fight, cannot run. So they freeze and they usually leave their body and watch from above. So they, they, there’s nowhere to go. So they have to split their consciousness in order to cope. Some things that we can exemplify this in our behavior too. So, you know, we can be irritable and angry and combative or, or kind of avoid situations. And, you know, here’s where addictions come in. You know, you can say that’s a flight or a freeze. It’s just, I’m going to leave this behind. I’m going to exit. And so it is really, I don’t have time to get into it, but the nervous system is very, very important in healing trauma. And so there are a variety of somatic therapies and things that people can do because it’s in the mind, it’s in the emotions and it’s in the body. I like this slide. I think it’s funny because, you know, we are so there’s so much fear thrown at us and pumped at us by the media all the time. There’s always a boogeyman. And it’s it’s the fear that is destroying us. And so we want to get to a point where we see the reality out there, but we’re no longer afraid. I want to talk about triggers. We all get triggered. A person or an event, something triggers us and what’s happening in that moment is it’s activating an already existing trauma inside of us. If we didn’t have that, there would be nothing being triggered. Something happens and we basically time traveled to that event in the past it opens up and then we feel all those emotions and so 80 or 90 of what we’re feeling when we’re triggered is actually from the past so it’s really important when one gets triggered to know that this is actually a helpful mechanism to recovering a memory and releasing emotion do not respond you know I’ve made this mistake so many times until I learned If I’m triggered and I’m talking with someone, I say, I need a minute, I’ll get back to you, hang up the phone. If I’m triggered, I allow myself to write an email or a response, but I won’t send it because we’re going to overreact because it’s again, 90% related to the past and not the present moment. Being triggered is good. Anyone triggers you, they’re doing you a favor. This is the way that we find our wounding. And if we’re responsible, we heal it. And then once we resolve that, usually the person or situation that we thought was the bad person, that sort of falls away and we realize it was inside us all along. So the brain does not distinguish between an external reality and our thoughts. That’s why if you watch a screen and you’re watching a movie and something scary happens, you gasp, you jump. So often we torment ourselves and re-traumatize ourselves by our own very thoughts. And so everyone knows if you have negative thoughts, your body will go into a response. You’ll start hyperventilating, you’ll start shaking, your heart will race. We can do this just by our thoughts. So it’s really important to watch what we’re thinking at all times and then reframe is what I call it. So growth is always uncomfortable. And so if there’s a problem in our lives, we can see it as a challenge, as a way to grow. You know, if a door closes, we can see it as, oh, okay, that’s because there’s a better door for me to walk through. Again, if we’re triggered, it’s okay. This is helping me to reveal a wound. So to take our thoughts that are negative, like put them on a whiteboard and say, okay, is this true? Is this helpful? And then reframe it. And always I try and find how every situation in life might be for me and for my growth. This is the drama triangle. It’s a trap. It’s actually in our society today, there’s a lot of victim consciousness being put out there. If you’re a victim, you’re powerless, and you’re being done to and you can’t improve. So and if you’re one, I used to be a savior. So if you’re if you’re saving people, then you’re making them into a victim and you can’t escape this trap you kind of go around and around from being a a perpetrator to a victim to a rescuer and this is something used on us as a collective so it’s important to you we can feel our victimization as we go through the process of healing trauma but we cannot stay in victim we have to go to survivor I thought I should mention the Hegelian dialectic. This is used by those in authority against us. They create the boogeyman, they create the problem, they anticipate our reaction and they stoke it. And then they ride in with their solution, which is actually the whole thing that they wanted to do in the first place. So a quick example would be the fake pandemic, the COVID thing that they did. So they put out the boogeyman in this case is a virus. And then the fear is stoked. Oh my God, we’re all going to die. We’re all going to die. And then the solution that they wanted was this toxic bioweapon injection that people, they wanted people to take along with the, you know, lockdowns and economic destruction and increased control over humanity. So this is how they operate. And it’s, Because it causes trauma in us, I think it’s just something that everybody should be aware of. Attachment is one of the most significant, important things in a human being’s life. In psychology, they’ve done some pretty horrific studies, one with baby monkeys where they took them away from the mother and they had an option of a wire mesh mother with a bottle of milk and a wire mesh mother covered in terry cloth. And the baby monkeys would cling to the soft terry cloth mother and die of starvation because attachment, being connected to the body of the caregiver, is so important that it’s actually more important than food. And the controllers know this, and they deliberately break attachment to render us traumatized right from the get-go. These are childhood attachment styles. You can look this up. John Bowlby talks a lot about it. I think at this point, very few of us have secure attachment and it really messes with a bad attachment creates a myriad of problems in the future. It’s just so hard to get along and to have relationships and just to feel okay in one’s own skin. I included some pictures of what mammalian attachment does look like organically and naturally. And now what human attachment has been distorted to look like. This is terrible, okay? When your baby is born, the most important thing is to hold it immediately, to have that baby on your body. And here in our modern society, hospital births, this is deliberately done, by the way, by the controllers to break attachment. I mean, what is this? This is so unnatural. And this causes the beginning of trauma in human beings. Babies need to be mirrored, need to have the mother or the parent look at them, touch them, interact with them. it’s the holding, it’s the physical contact that develops the healthy human being. And one thing I’ll say just about this too is another way that they break attachment besides the way we’re born is these ridiculous books about let your child cry till they drop and so they learn to sleep When you’re an infant, you need that attachment. That’s how you then become independent. So all of that is distorted. And then in our society, the economy is structured in such a way that now both parents have to work. So children go to daycare, and they go to state-sponsored schools at earlier and earlier and earlier ages. And this is all an agenda to disrupt attachment, to break up the family bonds, and to tear out that vital, vital thing that makes us actually resilient. Some of the things we can do to recover from trauma are, again, have a variety of self-care habits. We have to have healthy sleep. We have to move our bodies and exercise. And Bessel van der Kolk in his book, The Body Keeps the Score, identifies three types of exercise that are most suited for healing from trauma. And that would be yoga, martial arts and dance. Obviously what we put into our mouths affects our consciousness. And so it’s super important to eat well. I discovered this guy Weston Price. I highly recommend looking at his book. He went and studied indigenous cultures that were healthy all over the world in comparison to modern diet and how unhealthy it is. And I won’t go into it, but you know, you can go check that out. So don’t eat corporate food. It’s toxic. It’s deliberately toxic to reduce our consciousness, to make us ill, to make us weak. So, you know, do community supported agriculture. You can get a box from a farm and get some fresh produce that was grown locally. We definitely are what we eat and go to a farmer’s market. Try and buy food that is not from the controllers, that is not from the corporates. as much as humanly possible, you will feel so much better and be able to heal yourself in all ways. I like this map of consciousness by David Hawkins because he shows how these emotions have a frequency and we are all energy. Everything is frequency. So if you’re in, you know, anger on down, you know, fear, shame, guilt, you’re in a survival bandwidth of frequency, which is the bandwidth that the controllers want us to be in because that’s where they can manipulate us and feed off us. So we have to be conscious of that and work to raise our frequency to the higher and higher levels because, for example, at that top level, the bad guys can’t exist there. They cannot exist in the light and in high frequency. So we want to work ourselves up to that level because then we literally step out of their control. Because everything is energy. And so if I’m energy, my energy is going and mixing with everyone around me. Everything in life is interdependent. So everything we think, everything we do, everything we say out loud, ripples across everywhere and affects everything. So it’s super important to self monitor our thinking and our thinking and thought can lead to an emotional state, which then a lower frequency emotional state. So they’re tied together. These are some slides from I recommend if you don’t know to go look up the Japanese scientist Emoto. He studied water. He took glasses of water, and he taped words on them like love or hate, or he played classical music versus acid rock. Then he froze the water and looked at the crystals under a microscope. And you can see it right here. The higher frequencies create beautiful crystals and the lower frequencies create deformed crystals. Keep in mind that we are almost all made of water. Again, what we say to ourselves, our self-talk and what we say to others is significant. Words cast spells and that’s why they call it spelling. So we have to be really careful about what we tell ourselves. And when we see these messages in the media, like stop and think, okay, what are they trying to do with these word choices? You know, one thing that I, this is just my opinion, but I think COVID, COVID, COVID, it was said over and over. And that was an acronym for Certificate of Vaccination ID, right? So it was a coronavirus. So why did they call it COVID? Because that’s what they wanted to do. So if everyone repeats that word over and over, it facilitates vaccination. their agenda coming into fruition. So keep in mind, they use us to create what they want. This is Siametics. You can find this, you can Google this and find a lot of videos and everything. Basically, sound organizes into patterns, into matter. So frequencies will make different formations. It’s kind of like the Emoto slides. Um, this is the music industry, you know, music used to be 432 Hertz, which was very good for the body and the controllers changed it to 440 because it’s disharmonious. And so we, you know, really these people have thought of everything to traumatize us, but it’s just important to know that how important frequency is, and hopefully we will be able to readjust all our music back to a healthy 432. So it’s again, we’re all energy. We’re all frequency. It’s so important to remember that and to self monitor and, you know, we can have a bad day, we can have a bad mood, but release it, get it out and don’t put it out into the field. So if I’m in a, in a not okay state, I draw a sacred bubble around myself. And then I can like curse and scream and cry and let it all out. But I don’t want to affect the field and everybody else. So it’s really, we have to be super self responsible for our own frequency because it’s the collective that determines the outer reality and everything we do affects the collective. So, you know, love is the solution. Meditation is the solution. Forgiveness is the solution. Consciousness is the solution. They have worked very, very, very, very hard to reduce our consciousness. And so if we raise our consciousness and it starts with healing our fragmented selves and our trauma, then we get to a point where we begin to step into our power. We have been in a trance, in a reality that is a hell on earth that’s been deliberately created, but it’s been created through us, okay? And that’s the good news because that means we have the capacity to end this trance and to create a heaven on earth reality instead. It’s all about consciousness. And I really believe that right now on earth, and Dr. Tess mentioned the solar eclipse, there’s a lot of celestial events facilitating more light coming into this planet and a rise in human consciousness. And the controllers knew that this time period astrologically would come. And so they’ve been preparing for it and they’ve been trying to rush through their lowering of consciousness things and their poisons and everything in an effort to prevent humanity from rising in consciousness because that is basically their end. So when you look out there, the world looks insane. It looks crazy. It’s not getting darker. Trust me, it’s always been this dark. It’s just being exposed. The increased light is showing everything as it is, and that’s the step to leaving that darkness behind. Just here real quick, you know, we are prime manifestors. We can create things. whatever we want for ourselves and for the collective. And so they’ve dumbed us down to not know our true abilities for manifestation, self-healing, metaphysical travel, et cetera. But we are going to begin as we heal and put ourselves together, our abilities begin to come back online. When all of us heal, when each of us heals, we’re like a light bulb that turns on. So imagine what happens if you look at the whole planet as more and more light bulbs turn on. The darkness then at that point is just simply gone. Gratitude is a great frequency raiser. If you feel down, start to think of all the things that you’re grateful for, that you have a roof over your head, that you have food, that the sun is shining, anything. And again, When we’re in that gratitude frequency, then the universe matches and brings us more things to be grateful for. Spending time in meditation is super important in terms of healing. The doing frequency is a brainwave called beta, and it’s useful for getting things done. But we need to go into alpha or theta to connect with those other dimensions of ourselves, to our inner self, to the divine. And so it’s like a radio station. You can’t connect if you’re on the wrong station. So you have to stop, sit, breathe, and go into those brainwaves that facilitate that connection. It’s very healing, and we can receive a lot of guidance when we do that. Once we get ourselves together and heal ourselves, we’re then capable of lending a hand to others of connecting with others. And believe me, they have tried to divide and conquer us so that we don’t come together. Because again, we are so much more powerful than these people who run the world. And that is why they’ve invested so much effort in poisoning our food, our air, our water, our bodies with pharmaceuticals and vaccines, our minds with the media and the miseducation, the frequency towers, everything they’ve done and all the divide and conquer programs. You’re supposed to hate the different gender, the different race, the different sexuality. This is because they don’t want us to come together and realize that we actually only have one common enemy and that is them. So when we heal our trauma, we can come together with other people and begin to affect change. This slide reminds me of a time when I was five years old and I was living in Africa and I was looking at the night sky and I had a vision of all these stars falling down to earth. And the voice told me that a bunch of us came here for this time right now to help the collective heal and transform and rise in consciousness and move to a completely new way of living. So we fall, we break, we fail, but then we rise, we heal, and we overcome. And that’s why I call my show Unbroken, because we may have been broken, but we can unbreak ourselves. And because we went through this dance with the dark, as awful as it was, we can gain a lot of strength and wisdom and emerge once we do our healing at an actually much higher level of ourselves than we even were before. So we are in a collective dark night of the soul and it does seem pretty dire, but it isn’t because this is always the next thing that follows. This is always the rebirth. And I think we are in a time of awakening of global consciousness. And it’s not our world that’s ending, it’s their world. So, you know, we need to heal and restore and recover ourselves. We need to come together as a human collective. We need to say no to their agenda and frankly, co-create a world that we wish to see, which is something that Dr. Tess and the World Council for Health are doing and why I have so much respect for her and for this group of people. So thank you so much. wow thank you max gosh what gold you you you are gold and what gold you’ve delivered I actually want to watch that presentation over at least one more time because there’s just so much it feels like there’s so much in it to learn but also to use you know it looks like something one could use when one’s sort of forgotten the tips or feeling down and can’t pick yourself up. But really, I hope people will put this in their collection of videos to go to if they need help. But Kim, what was your impression of that wonderful presentation? Yes, I agree with everything that Max has shared and I’m familiar with quite a lot of the information that you shared and lots of thoughts and ideas coming to me. One thing I’d like to, well I’ve got a few questions, but the first one is for me personally over the last few years, especially I suppose about, I don’t know, a few months after the whole thing started, I started to have my eyes opened to what was going on. And I remember at a certain point feeling really overwhelmed and shocked at having to face the reality of what was going on. And in particular I was watching a body of videos by a guy called Kenneth Cousins. And I’d watched about three of them. There was a particular series, because he has many series, but there was this particular series of videos that were 17 in the series. And I’d got to number three. And he was talking about the history, the true history of the world. And my eyes were literally sort of being popped open. And I remember going to bed that night thinking, I don’t know if I can handle any more of this. because it’s totally shattering my paradigm of what I thought the world was about. And I thought, I’m not going to watch any more of these. Even though it’s absolutely fascinating, it’s sort of like fascinating and disgusting at the same time. I went to bed and thought, I’m not going to watch anything more for at least two weeks. I need to integrate. And then I must have integrated overnight because I woke up the next morning and was like, oh, I can carry on now. But my question is, What advice do you give people who are going through this awakening process to the level of E-V-I-L, I don’t even like to say that word, you know, in the world, which is truly staggering. And, you know, I was listening to one of your podcasts yesterday and, you know, the guy who was interviewing you said there’s no other word except shocking to describe what you went through. How do people manage this waking up process when it can be so disorientating? Well, it literally is traumatic to wake up, you know, and it’s always in parallel to the individual. It’s just like a little child. It’s so traumatic not to be loved and cared for and protected by your parents. This is supposed, it’s supposed to be this way. So it is, it’s a real shock to discover that evil I mean basically what I say is satanic pedophile psychopaths run the world I mean that is the truth and it’s a horrible devastating truth so one has to titrate like you just said so you know people sort of wake up and then they start consuming all this information and it can be really negative to do that. So you kind of have to take it in, absorb it, and then take a break. And there’s so much beauty in this world. Just nature itself is so beautiful. Do something that reminds you of the beauty of life. Hug your pet, take a bath, go out in nature, you know, read something uplifting. So there’s both in our world, right? So despite evil running the world, this shows you how much more powerful the light is because of so much beauty that’s out there in the world despite this. So it is very important to, you know, it’s important to know the truth, but then not go down into hopelessness and helplessness and fear about that truth. Because what I really want to emphasize is think of how much they’ve thrown at us from every angle. I mean, we’re born into a cult chair. You know, we’re miseducated. The media is designed to propagandize and misinform. We’re poisoned in a variety of ways. We’re mind controlled. We’re traumatized. And yet here we are. We’re so loving. You know, most people are loving, they love their children, they help their neighbor. So that’s the true human spirit. We are more powerful than them. And that’s why they have put forth so much effort. So you need to know what’s going on. So you’re not a victim of it. So you don’t unwittingly consent to an agenda that’s harmful to you. So you have to know, but then you have to step away and remember I can heal and I can actually affect change I can do something to improve this world I think that’s for me that’s my salvation that I’m trying to do my little part and I feel okay because I’m doing that so it’s important not to become too overly obsessed with the bad things that are happening balance that out by looking at all the good people that are doing amazing things in this world that are helping people all over the world in a variety of ways so balance it out because it is traumatic yeah and that’s really interesting I i was wondering about the um the techniques like uh emdr uh what’s that eye movement eye movement uh reprogramming desensitization and reprogramming Now, I actually had what you would describe a type one event, a single traumatic event our whole family did. And after that, the whole family went through EMDR. So for people who don’t know what that means, and it was new to me at the time, this is in the early 2000s. It was EMDR is as a patient, you could say, not a patient, but a victim, survivor, whatever. You are asked by the psychologist to follow their finger while you recount the trauma, the trauma, the details of the traumatic event. And obviously, when you first start to recount it, ordinarily, it would be terrifying. It’d be tearful. And you kind of get into a pattern of remembering that in a tearful way each time. But by following the finger while you’re recounting it, and it goes from side to side, one is somehow able to recount it in a more dispassionate way and then remember it less. There’s less triggers because there are all sorts of funny things that trigger you when something traumatic happens. And it might not have anything physically to do with the event that you recall, but it’s something out in the wider world that somehow sets you off in one way or the other. And so with adults, it was done like that. But with children, it was tapping. So small children obviously can’t follow the finger in that way. And so I was just wondering, and I can imagine, I mean, tapping is incredibly soothing. I don’t know if there was any other tapping options there, but I was certainly tapping. I know there’s sorts of tapping therapies, and I don’t know the details of these particular therapies. But I did wonder if you have any insights about Particularly, I was thinking with regard to that dissociative identity thing that happens. I’m trying to think of what the reason would be, why it’s able to process a memory in a more dispassionate way with this side-to-side process of tapping. Do you have any insights on that, Meg? Yeah, it’s because the way a traumatic memory, it’s so overwhelming. The way it’s encoded, it’s all there. The event, the emotions… the smells, the sounds, it doesn’t get, the brain takes everything and processes and files it away, but the traumatic memory doesn’t get filed away. So when you’re doing EMDR or tapping, it’s literally facilitating your brain, the neurology to process that memory, repackage it and put it away. So it’s not, you don’t, every time you talk about it, you’re not re-experiencing it. it’s now been processed so you can talk about it. And it has, it’s more of a memory you’re talking about because that’s what, why people get into flashbacks and get so triggered because it’s, it’s not processed. So every time they try and talk about it, it’s like, it’s all there again. Right. And so, and the tapping, it’s the same thing. And it has also to do with the left brain and the right brain and the eyes, you know, so, It’s a way to neurologically process the memory, and that’s why it’s so helpful. And I even sometimes, you know, when I would be distressed, even before I found out about tapping, I would just do this and just hearing it even. It would somehow be very, very soothing. So it’s basically a processing of that traumatic memory so that it’s a memory now and not a repeat of the event. Thank you. Kim, do you have insights into tapping as a therapy at all or EMDR? Yeah, I’m familiar with EMDR, but I haven’t actually done it myself, but I’ve done a lot of tapping and apparently the effects has its positive effects because it’s connected with the meridian system and the points that they’ve chosen to tap on uh connecting with the nervous system through the meridian system and for myself I found that the the secret to tapping is because is it’s not about trying to make the thing better it’s about validating and recognizing what actually is going on and and the and in particular the emotional pain and so All one has to do is to acknowledge the feelings. So I’m feeling really upset. I’m feeling really frustrated. This is just so annoying. And one actually just speaks out loud the thoughts that are going on in the head along with the feelings. And it’s the validation that helps to calm and disperse and dissolve the emotional upset. And for me, I find it… You know, I call it emotional first aid. And it’s so easy. Anybody can do it. You can do it any time. And it’s very, very effective. And I find it’s always effective. There’s another one, Dr. Tess, that’s called neuroemotional technique. And it’s sort of a version of that. And I actually had this done on me by a chiropractor who was trained in it. And it’s about saying the belief that and then the belief that you want to replace it with. And then he would tap on the spine in different places to insert the new belief. And again, you know, I just had a limited time, but the nervous system is a huge component of how trauma is stored and how it can be healed. So there is a lot going on with that. Yeah. Actually, I was going to move on to another subject. If you wanted to talk about tapping, then continue, Kim. No, I was going to ask another question, actually, to Max about unconscious trauma because, for example, one of the things that I’ve explored a bit, not as much as I would like, but a fair amount, is birth trauma. And how the birth sets up a limbic imprint in the brain, which is often around fear and trauma. And for myself, I know that even though I’ve done a truckload of healing, that there’s still trauma inside me. And I know that a lot of it is it happened in those first few years of life when we have no conscious recollection. How do you recommend people to deal with this unconscious trauma when we know that it’s there because we’re reacting? And for me, one of my personal patterns is getting angry. So I’m just wondering what words of wisdom you have for that. There are some therapies where they do rebirthing and things of that nature that I’m not super familiar with. Anything unconscious or subconscious can be healed and then reprogrammed. So you’re absolutely right. You know, when I was born in 1964, they gave my mother general anesthesia. So she wasn’t even there, you know, present. And then they pushed me out with forceps. And so my first imprint was abandonment and violence, right? And that does, and then that was of course repeated, but that does really make a huge difference. And so I would say, you know, again, that awareness be aware, like, okay, am I triggered? Is something up? What is that? And when it’s memories of birth or being a baby, we don’t have the mental faculties yet. So it feels very different. And so it’s much more emotional and in the body. And so I began to discern. when I was in a, in a baby memory, because I was clumsy, I was fumbly. I couldn’t think straight. It’s like, Oh, Oh, this is a memory from when I was a baby. And then you can, you know, deep breathing and go into a meditative state and feel, you have to feel it to let it go. It’s like water. It has to wash out. So you can, you can just sit with those, those memories and cleanse them. And then it’s, It’s intent. It’s so powerful. We’re divine beings in a human body. So speak the intent, you know, I want to heal and bring me and, and, you know, be careful what you ask for, because I did that a long time ago. I, I said, I want to become the highest and best version of myself. And then what life brought me is all kinds of things to trigger me, to release and heal the trauma. But, it’s, it’s, it’s fine tuning our attention. And it’s like, I have a little observer on me all the time. And we, throughout the day, you will cycle into those memories of, of birth. And so it’s just like any, any other memory, you know, it’s about feeling, it’s about sitting with it. It’s about breathing through it. It’s about recognizing what it is and then replacing it so you can you know, you can’t go back and change the event. But in a weird way, you can take your present self and it’s like time traveling back, you can be there like a witness to your own birth, and inserts at least witnessing or care or I’m here and what we you know, I’m we make it I’m okay, today. There’s so many different ways that we can address that. But I do believe There are mechanisms. I once in my graduate program studied with Stanislav Grof and his holotropic breathwork. And that was an excellent way to go back to not just birth, but in utero and life before we came into this incarnation. And there was a lot of healing done through, for example, through that modality. Yes, and I would love to add the birth into being modality, which we spoke with Nicole Moore, who’s the current leader of that modality on the Mind Health Committee, and I’ve done some of the training, and it’s amazing. But it’s tricky dealing with this unconscious trauma. Yeah, I just want to say to people who are watching this, if you’re disappointed, we’re not going to be having a very long program. Don’t worry. We’re definitely going to get Max and Kim back and we’re going to keep exploring this because it’s so fascinating. You can see there’s so many different modalities, so many different sorts of traumas. And it’s really this is just the start of a very important unraveling, a very important journey. But Max, before we sort of start wrapping up, I wanted to ask you, and perhaps this is a bit controversial, about CBT, cognitive behavioral therapy, or the ongoing therapy that so many people seem to be engaged in now. You know, when you look around, So many people seem to be in years and years and years on therapy, talking therapies, and they don’t really seem like they’re healing their traumas. They almost seem to be in a cycle of remembering the trauma but not really passing through it. And they’re not often supported with… with pharmaceutical drugs, you know, so-called antidepressants or whatever. So I won’t go into the drugs, but I just wonder about that. It seems to me from the outside that these relationships with therapists sort of verge on a kind of codependency and there’s never really resolution that’s needed for us to move on collectively. You know, it, there’s a lot of validity, validity to that. And it depends, you know, on the therapist and, you know, I went through top therapy for 10 years, but it was much more than that. There was, there was a lot of different things that we did, but for me, the thing that was critical in that relationship was actually the relationship. So I experienced zero attachment from birth on, and this is, this is, this is really negative. You can, put that foundation in later. And that’s what being with a therapist did for me. I was able to attach to someone safe who, and I had that really terrible back and forth where I wanted to trust and I wanted to attach. And then, you know, I was too scared and I would pull away or I would be angry. And so it taught me, it brought me into an ability to attach and to trust and to have It’s I guess it’s not exactly the right term, but it’s a reparenting, right? So I think that to me is the primary value of that kind of relationship besides bringing out the repressed memories and reconstructing so you don’t have big gaps in your life. I think that part is helpful. But yeah, you don’t want to just it’s not enough to just talk about it. There has to be a lot more. You have to work on the emotions and You do have to work on the thoughts. That’s a biggie. I think it’s super important to examine one’s thinking and to reframe one’s thinking. It’s super important to deal with the somatic component, with the nervous system, with the body. There’s all kinds of things that we have to do. It’s not just some mental thing. I think that’s a fair assessment. I think it has its value, but there should be a lot of other components to healing. Thanks. Can I ask the last question? Actually, I just wanted to add to what Max had said. It’s interesting because in our society, there’s been a lot of focus on the mental rather than the emotional. We call it mental health, but there’s not a lot of mention of emotional health. And I know that Max focuses a lot on emotions and so do I. And I think it’s because people are afraid of feeling their feelings and have not been taught how to feel their feelings and face their feelings and process feelings, which once you know how to do it, it’s actually not as difficult as one fears or thinks. And I think that’s why a lot of the therapies have become these talking therapies. And yes, CBT can be really useful, but I’ve worked with a lot of people who’ve done CBT, but they get stuck because they’re not dealing with the actual emotions. Yeah. Yeah. I think Peter Levine’s work is interesting in that respect. Like he, you know, he gives the example of the gazelle that’s being chased by a lion and it escapes and then it stands there and it shakes for a while. So the whole nervous system gets reset and then it can go back to its normal life. And it’s because we don’t deal with the emotions that we can’t fully process and move through the trauma. So I think that’s a good point, Kim. Sorry, just thought I’d insert. No, no, no. Thank you so much. I would love to continue the conversation and we will continue the conversation in our Mind Health Committee events coming up. And also for everybody watching, just we haven’t announced yet formally, but we will be having a Mind Control and Organized Ritual Abuse Exploratory Conference. healing uh panel so uh do keep your your eyes out for that it’s provisionally booked for the 23rd of april which is a tuesday and we look forward to having you there and we’re going to have a really interesting discussion on this this really um buried subject that as Max has mentioned, these things come up and they get buried and they come up and they get buried and there’s a cycle bearing of things where we’re not going to be bearing things any longer. We’re going to bring them up We’re going to let them breathe. We’re going to all have a look, and then they can go and be healed. So, Max, I just want to thank you so much for just coming and sharing and being so open, your wisdom, your experiences. And, Kim, you too, thank you so much. It’s been really an honor to be spending this time with both of you and learning and healing. So thank you very much. Thank you for having me. So I believe the next part of the program is I have to do Emma’s announcements because Emma’s actually looking at the, well, not looking at the eclipse, but she’s gone to go into the path of the eclipse and see what she can see. um so I’m going to pull up some slides and um yes we also uh please do stay uh for for after this these announcements because we are going to have a healing prayer before we close today and kim is going to be leading that so Just to give you an update on all our events, we’ve got quite a few events planned for the next few months. We’ve got our Better Way Detox and Wellbeing Fair in the UK, which is sort of a pilot detox fair. A pilot fair is for everybody because there’s so many things affecting our health and polluting our environment and society. and bloodstreams so so this is a fair where you can come and learn all about well-being about nutrition about um detox cancer cancer and so on we have lots of uh specialists from europe mainly uh this time and um and you can come and have one to well not one to one but uh you will actually have the opportunity to ask questions and engage and hear other people’s experiences. So do come along to that if you can. It’s a two-day event. Each day can be a standalone or you can come for the whole event. And it’s really reasonably priced. I think the tickets are around £49 or something, which is so much cheaper than our better way conferences have been. And so we’re really hoping to reach more people who haven’t previously been able to attend, perhaps because of price constraints. So let us move on. Oh, this is an event this week in London on Thursday. I am speaking there too. And it’s from 4.45 in the afternoon until 9.30. And we’ll be discussing society controlled or free. What aren’t we being told about the UN and the WEF and 2030 agenda and so on. So I’m really looking forward to that. And being on a platform with many people I admire and haven’t met in person. So there you go. Do come along to that. I believe it’s 25 pounds to attend. But if you use a code WCH1, you can get in for 20. And then in Japan, well, not in Japan, but our World Council for Health Japan is hosting the first Pacific Rim Coalition webinar on April the 14th. It’s in the morning in Asia-Pacific time. And this is the first event of its kind organized by World Council of Health Japan. Obviously, I think people would have noticed that because of the time zone differences, we often don’t have a lot of Asian attendees at this meeting or U.S. attendees because, you know, certainly from the… From the West Coast, it’s always a challenge because of the time differences. So the beauty of the World Council for Health decentralization is that meetings can be held like this all over the world that suit the time zones of those areas. And everybody can have access to these wonderful conversations about health and sovereignty. And in Costa Rica, at the end of the month, we are very pleased to be partnered with the Spanish conference happening there about bioethics, human rights, and everything to do with COVID. Some wonderful speakers there, including our partners and our World Council for Health Latin American representatives. There’s Professor Hector Corvallo, Also members of our Health and Science Committee. So really nice. I believe Dr. Mark Trozzi will be there too. So do go along and shake his hand for me because I haven’t seen him for quite a long time. And our shop. Emma will have been keeping up to date about all the products there. We certainly have amazing books and the books keep on growing and we get recommendations on what to put in. So it’s really a lovely curated selection of books. And if you want to read current books that are reflections on the last few years, then the WCH Bookshop is certainly the place to go. Please do continue to support World Council for Health. We are supported by donations and our events like the Better Way Conference and the other Better Way events. So please do continue to donate to us so that we can keep doing the work we do. And we do now also accept crypto donations. Now, I’ve just realized there are a couple of events that are not mentioned on the slides, and I’ve come to the end of the slides, so I’m just going to tell you about them. I’m so pleased to let you know that Professor Brett Weinstein also, you know, podcaster of the Dark Horse podcast, is coming to the UK towards the end of the month, and he is going to be with me and Christoph Ploth, our wonderful Health and Science Committee lead, at a live event in Bath, a Better Way live event, and we will be discussing Enlightenment or Dark Age, Humanity in the Age of Hypernovelty. So that’s really a wonderful, exciting event to attend in person. And we also have a fundraising event in London on the 30th, which we’ll have more news about coming up. So, yeah, so that’s it for the… the events segment. And you can always visit the website to find out more, the betterwayevents.org website. And there’s a variety of events there that you can attend or consider attending. So Linda, I wonder what’s next on the program. Would you like to play your clip next? And then we can end with the healing meditation or healing prayer from Kim. Bye. Thank you. Thank you, Linda. It’s wonderful, and we do love your contributions every week. Very inspiring. So I’m going to invite Kim Knight back as we close out with a healing prayer, and we will follow with some music to inspire you for your week. Thank you, Kim. Thank you. So before I go into the healing prayer, just because it is the eclipse, I wanted to share a couple of thoughts. I was watching a podcast yesterday with Sasha Stone, and he was talking about how Steiner described eclipses. So Rudolf Steiner was a very, very amazing seer, intelligent, evolved person who was around about 100 years ago. And he said that eclipses are times of cosmic cleansing and purification of the dark forces. And they are an opportunity to deepen our connection with unseen dimensions and ourselves. And as Max said during her presentation, when she was talking about energy is that we’re always emitting a frequency and that can either be positive or perhaps neutral or negative. And so really the solution is to change ourselves and to watch how we’re being in the world and what energy we’re emitting into the world. So this little prayer which is taken from the Renshui body of teachings, which is the Qigong teachings which I’ve been studying for some years, is an invitation to come into this positive state of mind, to come into our hearts for ourselves and for humanity. So I invite you to join me in this heart prayer for humanity. And if you like, you can gently close your eyes, only if you feel comfortable doing that. I invite you to gently close your eyes and put your hands on your heart and take a few deep breaths, coming inwards, coming internal. And with utmost sincerity, unify with the universe. Feel your connection with the universe. Feel a connection with all forms of life. Feel a connection with the human family. And together, we can share the following best wishes with the world and in this very important time of this solar eclipse, put this positive information out into the collective to help uplift the collective. May everyone go into their heart to find refuge and feel safe. May everyone go into their heart to feel trust, openness, love, gratitude, and true respect, which are the five essential qualities of the heart in this wrenchway system. May everyone go into their heart to see beautiful, bright light. May everyone go into their heart to meet their true self. From deep in your heart, wish everyone health, happiness, and growth. From deep in your heart, wish the world peace and harmony. Open your arms out to the universe and unify with the unconditional love and wisdom the universe and draw it back to your heart placing your hands on your heart and feel the peace and harmony inside that is always within you so short and sweet Kim, that was beautiful. Well, you know, I’ve also, just during that, I was just reflecting a little bit about, you know, what was so meaningful about me this presentation and all the things that Max said. And the one thing that really struck me was that word transcending. And I’d never looked at it in that way, transcending. And it really does feel like today’s the day for healing and transcending all the fear and darkness that we’ve been exposed to for so long. And, and, you know, I really believe today might be the day if anything can wake people up, then the electric magnetic fields and frequencies generated by these auspicious cosmic events can. And so, you know, I’m gonna, I’m gonna bet that the trance is ending, and it’s ending today, you know, and I’m gonna, you know, believe that. I think it’s, it’s a yes. way to start tomorrow absolutely and actually if I may I’d like to share just a few words from one sir who was the person who created that heart prayer he said this at the beginning of the year when he said that you know we’re moving into 2024 and I found this a really really positive encouraging message he said I would like to encourage you to cultivate trust in the universe when you’ve had a hard time watching the world when life gets too challenging and overwhelming Trust the infinite wisdom of the universe. Trust its laws. Trust its work. Trust that it will be fair to everyone. Trust that aligning with its wisdom is the best protection you will get. Trust that it will take the best care of you and trust that it is the best planner. So I found that very reassuring because we can often get caught up in the drama, the fear, you know, what is going on, but there is a bigger picture and there is rhyme and reason from the universe’s perspective and we have to somehow trust in that. Yeah, absolutely. So there was something that Max said, she had that slide from The Sound of Music And it made me nostalgic. So I’ve actually downloaded the song and I thought, let’s play out with that song instead of the other one that we had scheduled, which was a healing song. heal the world that one but everyone knows that one and we haven’t heard the sound of music for such a long time so I’m going to play this one linda I hope that’s okay with you and let’s hope it all plays well and we’ll say bye for now everyone and thanks for joining us enjoy the rest of your day evening or or morning cheerio The hills are alive with the sound of music With songs they have sung for a thousand years The hills fill my heart with the sound of music My heart wants to sing every song it hears My heart wants to beat like the wings of the birds that rise from the lake to the trees My heart wants to sigh like a chime that flies from a church on a breeze To laugh like a brook when it trips and falls over stones on its way To sing through the night like a lark who is learning to pray I go to the hills when my heart is lonely I know I will hear what I’ve heard before My heart will be blessed with the sound of music And I’ll sing Thank you for watching this episode of Better Way today.
